Took my battery to get checked, called back a day later because they never called like they were supposed to and, proceeded to tell me they hadn't charged it yet or checked it, after a whole day.

The manager on this AutoZone, it was a very rude Asian denying me service for one of his coworkers to come and help me put oil in my car while I told them that I had a disabled child in my car that I need to be paying attention he still denying service plus he denied to let me use one of the comes to pour my oil in my car I had to purchase one that I didn’t mind that the only problem that I had was the customer service was horrible. I will never recommend nobody to come to the store or if they remove the manager from the store it will be the best for the store for customer service.

This store is extremely un-professional. I heard them accuse a customer of stealing oil when they didn't see it happen. The customer offered for them to check their bag and the response was "Get out of the store." When I got up to the counter with my item, the price came up wrong. I informed them that CA law says you have to honor the price posted. I had to go through 2 managers. He says "People put things all over the place.I can't give it to you at that price" There's 4 employees and they can't manage to stock the store properly? Funny thing is, the item price on the tag said $60.99 down to $24. The item rang up as $44.99. They would have given me a cheaper item than advertised. I've called customer service, they will call the district manager. She also told me to call the district manager myself. She didn't even ask for my contact info. All this for $20.99 discount instead of the $36.99 discount. Make the math make sense!

I bought a gold duralast battery cost me $223.78 with warranty for 3 years I bought it on 8/23/2022 and I went today they ask me for my phone number but they never ask me when I bought it they only scan my rewards card but now they said doesn't show up in the system I told Sam the manager that I paid with my debit card I showed to him the bank statement he said can't do nothing fso they don't respect their own warranty policies he is rude with people no manners at all totally disappointed

Literally wasted my time coming here to not be helped, the woman who’s in charge of this operation is more consumed with an attitude than providing a service for a customer. She’s not fit to handle ANY front operations she was rude and incompetent. Won’t ever be spending money here O’reily auto parts in Loma Linda superior customer service

Went in and asked him to check my battery day immediately drop what they were doing went up to my car Check it with some type of portable machine and don't be that it was average so I told him that a good battery is around 14 and a half and he agreed so I think maybe he just wanted to sell me a new battery but I appreciate him coming out and checking my battery for free five stars to AutoZone Redlands
