Absolute scammers. I never used a battery I purchased from here and refused to take it back with the receipt. They're so greedy. Cashier was going to return it then the manager came and wanted to start a problem.

I visited Autozone on November 11th, 2022. Joel helped me by testing my car battery, which was low and needed to be replaced. He then installed my new battery. This caused all electronics to need a reset in the car, which he also fixed. Great customer service!! Thank you, Joel!!

I bought rotors online and they were warped after 16 months. Although still under warranty and I had online receipt, the manager Joel gave me the runaround and allot of frustration before I got the exchange. Even with the order number, he can't look it up. He gave me a pep talk how he did me a favor. I have also witness several other customers complaint about returns at this location. Tip: keep your receipt. You need To know which phone number you use for the online order.
