Dear Mrs. Mary, we would appreciate if you please stop writing irrelevant comments and reviews on our business page. We’ve already politely asked you to stop. I’m sure your customers and patrons of your Solon would not approve of the way you treating other businesses that have nothing to do with your personal matters. Take care.

If you are lookng to be pampered or just a great stylist with a wide variety of skills Bella Visage is the place to go. Mary has years of experience and pays attention to details and listens to what you want. Highly recommended. I have fine hair and she knows just how to cut and style it.

Mary is an extraordinary person in the most amazing way. She is very advanced in her craft as a hairdresser and sure to exceed your expectations. She is very bright and entertaining. Not only will your hair come out amazing, but you are likely to make a new friend in the process. You won't regret coming to her. I am a hairdresser myself, and trust her wholeheartedly.

Such a beautiful studio. They have a cute little antique shop attached. Shawna is the one to ask for. She is a sweetheart. Fairly priced and very skilled at what she does. You won't be disappointed.

One stop shop salon always a plus. Great stylist, all professional and welcoming. The salon was spacious and clean. Lots of books & magazines to give you hair ideas. While I was getting my hair done by the great stylist Michelle, I found out they offer facials, nail service, and even have a massage therapist on site. I will definitely be booking future appt with other services.

I love Bella Visage! I walked in one day and really hit it off with Mary. She has a wonderful personality and I love getting my hair cut by her! I have very long hair and sometimes it is hard to find a stylist who won't overdo a "trim." Mary takes great care of me and makes sure that my hair stays healthy and strong. The salon is gorgeous and I absolutely love getting my hair done there! I've also had my eyebrows waxed, a massage, a make over, and a few updos at Bella Visage. I have been highly satisfied with every service I've received. The staff is always professional and pleasant and I absolutely love the boutique at the front of the store!

I've been to this salon twice now. Both times Rae did my hair. The first time I got lowlights and a deep conditioning. I am extremely happy with the results of both! Then about a month later I wanted to change things up and I got a heavy weave and my bangs cut short. I have gotten so so many compliments on my hair since then! It looks great and I will be coming back for sure. I also liked the salons page on Facebook and I've noticed that they very often offer specials on a lot of different things they do at the salon and I really enjoy a great bargain! Rae is always very attentive to me when I am there she offers me water/coffee cookies. It's always a pleasure conversations with her and she is on top of it, tells me a time frame and is honest about it. I value her opinions and she knows what she is talking about!

I just had a facial with the esthetician Elizabeth, she's amazing!! I get an hour facial about once a month and she has done wonders for me, my skin has never been better!!! On top of the skin benefits, I also look forward to my appointments with her for the relaxation... My one hour with her always feels like an eternity (in a good way :) I've had facials from others before but none have compared. Her professionalism, client service and knowledge of her industry makes for the best thing I do for myself. I highly recommend seeing her!

Got a coupon for 4 different services for this place. I went in for a facial first. The girl was polite, but seemed disconnected from her client (me). She put me in a very large room as she prepared for the facial she asked me about my skin issues. Either she didn't listen or didn't care. I asked for extractions since I felt my skin was very congested and pores were blocked. She washed my face what seemed like 4 times, massaged and moisturized my face. That was it. She didn't explain what she was doing at each phase of the facial. The whole service was about an hour, but wasn't what I'm used to from other places. The next time I went in for a haircut and style. I called early one morning on a whim and they were able to get me in that same day. The girl doing my hair was friendly and chatty. Good shampoo. I brought in a picture of what I wanted, a straight bob with shattered ends. The cut would have taken off about 2" of my hair and that's what I told her. During my whole visit, she scrambled around from station to station looking for her scissors, razor, brushes, whatever it was she needed. Even her boss came over and mentioned that this particular stylist was a messy, disorganized person. It was an ongoing banter between them. I think this girl used an used razor on me. There was dark hair caught in the blade and I'm blonde. The cut was more like pulling, not smooth like razor cuts I've had in the past. She used the razor on the left side and then switched to scissors for the right side. It seemed like she was having trouble getting it even. My hair kept getting shorter and shorter, except for two longer pieces in the front - nothing like the picture that was sitting on the counter in front of her. I let her finish. It looked okay when I left, but 4-5" shorter than I wanted. I asked for collar bone length and left with chin length. The next day when I tried to style it myself, I found out how bad the cut was. Big chunks missing from one side, the perimeter was uneven, another chunk missing from the crown on the right side. It was a mess. I had to go to work like this for 3 days until I could get in with my regular stylist. Even she was shocked at the choppy damage this girl caused. This girl should not be using a razor and should never try to do a precision cut. She really needs to get more training. She was very nice and the rest of the staff was very nice, but I won't be back.

Ramona I wanted to respond to Heather H. comment. I work there on Saturdays and what was written is not what excactly happen. A gentle man called wanting a hair cut and said that he could be there in 1 hour. I asked Sarah if she was available to take a hair cut in 1 hour. Sarah responded that she was not sure that she would be done with client by then. I then wen to Mary to see if she would take the client. Mary asked to see if Sarah could take him. I told her that she informed me that she could not. Mary asked Sarah how long before she was done with her client. Sarah again said that she was not sure. Mary replied that she has been a hair stylist for 8 years. She should know how much time she would need to finish the hair cut and to style her clients hair. I disagree with regards to Heather's comment about Mary badgering Sarah. Sarah has not been at the salon but for a short time and Mary goes out of her way to try and help the stylists build up there clientele. I feel that in no way Mary badgered Sarah but was trying to help her.

This was my second time going to Bella Visage Salon and I love my new stylist, she is the reason I will be going back, but unfortunately this time my experience was not as good as my first time. After I had my color washed out and she was getting ready to cut my hair, the owner interrupted my stylist wanting her to take a walk-in and my stylist said she didn't think she would have time because she still had to cut and style me. The owner then kept badgering her wanting to know what else she had to do with me and how long that would take and it shouldn't take her this long, etc. My stylist handled herself VERY professionally and apologized to me on her behalf and did not continue to let the owner rush her or myself. I felt the owner was very unprofessional and it made me very uncomfortable to sit there and listen to her talk to her employee the way she did. I made an appointment and paid for my services just like everyone else and should not be made to feel any less important, which is exactly how the owner made me feel. I highly recommend my stylist Sarah but was very disappointed with how management treated me.

Awful! I went for nails/gels (which took almost 90 mins!) and once I got out in the sunlight I could see how horrible they were. I called and the receptionist was completely uninterested so I figured I just wouldn t return, in spite of having a certificate for other services. Then the owner called me to discuss...she did little more than argue and tell me how wrong I was, while continually stating how she was trying to resolve things. Very bizarre....there are too many other options in Redlands to be treated like that. I can live with a poor service...it happens once in awhile. Horrible customer service in response doesn t deserve my business.

This is a nice place. I went here for a massage and it was outstanding, ask for Pat. When I arrived Mary the owner greeted me and was very accommodating. I've been there several times without any issues.
