BevMo! is a specialty beverage retailer with stores across California, Arizona, and Washington, offering a very wide variety of alcohol choices. The beer selection is okay, though local brewery choices aren't as great. While some employees are very helpful, others don't seem very willing to help, with instances of staff talking instead of assisting. However, good customer service can turn situations around. They usually have what you want, but for specialty items it is best to call first. Overall, experiences are okay to good, with many customers planning to shop there again.
