“This shop went above and way beyond anything I ever expected when I went bike shopping on April 26th. I bought a new Scott Scale and am absolutely in love with this bike. The employees are out of this world kind people and I can't speak enough about how happy I am. I actually met Don's son while I was there and had my friend with me that recognized his old P.E. coach in a picture there. Amazing experience. Thank you SO much Don's bikes. “The charging unit for my Orbea Rise died. I reached out to Jenson CS. I was contacted within a couple of days by Faith. I worked with Faith, answered questions and provided requested photos.
Orbea agreed to replace the charger and after a couple of weeks recieved the new charger.
Faith kept me updated throughout the process!
