Decent items but service was not so great. We had to track down an employee to help us out with the shoes although they were walking back and forth multiple times without acknowledging our presence.

No customer service, looking for pool stick the cashier said look by the volley balls, still unable to find them and she stated oh sorry.. how about show us.. not helpful at all

If I was able to put negative stars I would this big 5 has two employees that are extremely rude to the customers and talking about the customers right in front of them like couple of dumb high-school students and they look like high-school students!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
