This place has been pretty good in my experience. I really appreciate that they have someone at the end of the wash drying your mirrors and pushing them back out if they get folded in.

My rating has been going down for the last two months. I am a member and pay a monthly fee that includes everything including amor all for tires.for about 1 month the brushes were leaving my car with streaks from their brushes. they finally got it fixed and added people drying my car as well.My other complaint is that the armor all for my tires most of the time does not work. When I asked the attendant about my concern, his answer was that he couldnt do anything about it. Well if I can't do anything about it and the employee can't do anything about it, I guess I just stuck with no armor all for my tires even thou I am paying for it.

On August 1, 2023, I decided to give BluAqua a try with my 2019 Audi Etron SUV. I was pleased with the actual drive-thru wash but noticed a missing headlamp washer cover when I was hand drying in their available spots(See photo)I spoke to Ricardo and he was very polite and told me he will look around, including the drain bin, when they close. I said if it is not found, the cost needs to be covered even though they are not responsible for parts being brushed/blown off during the wash. I informed Ricardo that I have been to several car washes and never had this problem.BluAqua did text me back the next day, noting they did not find the 4"x3" painted plastic cover. I asked to speak with the owner and they noted he will be there until 3pm. I arrive at 1pm and they told me the owner won't be back until the weekend(I was there Wednesday). The gentleman, Eugene, told me to come back Saturday. Well, I didn't want to waste another trip so I called and no one answered. So the bottom line: I received mixed messages about the date and time to speak with the owner. I just wanted to have a cordial conversation to see what they can do, especially on a vehicle that has no body panel issues and has been through several other washes.I understand there is some risk with automated washes but there should be some consideration for management to at least speak with their customers about concerns. Honestly, this part cost over $100(painted) and would've been happy with a few complimentary washes(Yes, I would come back if we simply spoke) due to the issue. I just wanted to have a cordial conversation with the owner about the mishap to my car.So, I'm just sharing my experience when you run into certain issues at BluAqua Express Wash.

Very economical. I like the different colors of lights during the wash.

I've only given a small handful of businesses a 1 Star Yelp; usually due to them making me irate or incredulous for one reason or another. Read some of my 1 Star reviews and you'll see. But this time I'm far more calmer and reasonable and am able to write this whilst reflecting back on my experiences there. So Blu Aqua originally opened up as one of a chain of express Car Washes called "Bliss". Let me tell you, most of the problems I'm going to describe have occurred after they broke away from Bliss and became their own company...thus changing their name. Originally I and the family were enamored with this place. The whole idea of a subscription-based service where you could affix a little transponder sticker to your windshield and could go through as many times as you wanted during the month was INCREDIBLE!! We loved it. The service was great, our cars came out clean and there was even an employee waiting as you drove out to help hand-dry the spots the blowers didn't get to. To quote the last line of Harry Potter.." all was well"And then they suddenly changed name and ownership..and we began to notice the differences immediately. Gone were employees at the end of the line to help dry your car. The employees who were there at the front of the like seemed angry and like they didn't want to be there. Then we noticed that the area of the free-to-members vacuum was constantly being blocked off and closed for repairs. Not only that, we'd notice that the business itself would close on random non-rainy days with no signs or explanations as to why. After the 5th time, we tried taking our cars here to find they were randomly closed; we decided enough was enough. They gave us this perplexed look and questioned us why we were canceling once we did; all we could give them was laughter and an incredulous "Really?!"Having read some of the other scathing reviews and reports of vehicle damages and of poor customer service from both employees and managers, it would seem we dodged a bullet here. It was around this time when Suds Brothers opened in Redlands and we made the switch, never looking back.To be honest, I don't know what Blu Aqua could do to rehabilitate itself short of selling itself back to Bliss. Barring that, the business needs to look into serious quality control when it comes to its equipment damaging vehicles, educate its manager and employees about how to properly deal with customers' concerns and how to deal with people, and become far more consistent with business hours..i.e., being open when they say they are. Short of any of this happening, I highly recommend staying away from here.Far, far away.

Sad business. Horrible customer service. If you show up for the 'Early Bird' Special they have in the mornings it's a complete lie. Just had to back all the way out of their lanes because they refused to give me the 3 dollars off. This older aged gentleman just stared at us smiling saying his 'manager' didn't give him the code for the wash.. to get the 3$ off? What kinda bs is that? And just said sorry, nothing I can do. Then said it's his managers day off today when asked for him.. lmao yea.. Sure it is.. honestly save your money, go to the other 3 car washes in redlands.

Everyone here looks miserable and everyone is rude. I hate that I have a membership here but it's the most affordable in my area.

A drive thru carwash. The workers are all willing to go the extra mile. We pulled into the car wash with about six inches of ice and snow covering our car. They rinsed it off well before we went thru. Well, the roof of the car still had 3 inches of ice. They took us thru again after spending a full 15 minutes to get the ice off! No charge. Thanks guys, you're great.
