My wife and I went into Bobs to look for a living room set. We found something that worked for us and looked nice. We had Kim G as our sales person. She was very friendly and answered all of our questions. This was the first furniture we looked at so we decided to leave and look at other furniture stores. Kim gave us her business card and there was no pressure at all! We went to a couple more stores and ended up coming back to Bob's. We met with Kim again. She walked us around the whole store to make sure we saw everything. Kim truly knew her stuff. She had answers for everything! We ended up getting a couch, oversized chair and a recliner. The set was cheaper than other stores we looked at. And there was no pressure for warranty plans or added things. Kim was truly amazing!If you are in the market for furniture go to Bob's and ask for Kim!

This furniture store feels like you're shopping at a used car dealership. They specialize in high-pressure sales. Not a comfortable place to shop. Wouldn't recommend it. Some of the products are very cheaply made although some of the others look to be decent. Still, wouldn't recommend it.

Bob's Discount Furniture is located in Redlands' Citrus Plaza, where Sports Chalet used to be after it went out of business. At first, the family and I were skeptical about how well a furniture store would fit in with the rest of the stores in the Citrus Plaza / Mountain Grove complex. However, that concern was quickly put to rest.Full disclosure, we (immediate family, aunt, and myself) now own approximately half a dozen pieces of furniture from here.The showroom itself is warm and inviting, with the bedroom pieces on one side, the rest of the home furnishings in the middle and the other side, and the clearance section in the back.The clearance section is where we've found most of our pieces from here. It's a section where they sell damaged or scratched/blemished items. However, they also feature a lot of items that simply haven't sold in a while (last year's models, etc). The way they have the prices listed is interesting. Each piece has today's price, then the price next week, then the next, etc. The price gets progressively lower, so you may be tempted to wait until the price goes down. Beware! That's often a good way to miss out on a piece, as another shopping may snap it up! We've found a few recliners and a nice couch that we all love from this section.The sales associates are usually friendly and informative without hovering around the customer, which I like. They let the customers look around and come to them with any questions. This is a refreshing change from other sales environments where they cling to the customers for their commissioned sales. The environment here is far more laid back and casual. We've always felt little if any pressure when we visit the store.The prices on most of the non-clearance items are what I'd call fair. In today's retail market, prices can be challenging. I've seen places that charge far more and others that charge far less for similar items. The quality of their pieces seems to be pretty good, so you get what you pay for. The wife and I have an eye on some bed sets for the future.As a side note, one of the fun little features they have is a little cafe in the middle of the store with free treats and soft drinks and an area for kids to hang out. I thought this was a fun little family touch!I would certainly recommend adding Bob's to a list of places to shop around at for anybody in the market for furniture or mattresses. It might not be the cheapest option, but keep it in mind when in the market.

I'm leaving this for other people planning on using Bob's we bought a 5,000 plus couch, love seat and 2 chairs they sold us the goof proof warranty we submitted a claim for the back Cushions are sagging that we delt with then a piece of frame broke where my wife sits so we emailed in a claim and they denied it both of these items in writing are covered we don't sit on the top of the couch where the pillows are sagging and we don't have kids or anyone else jumping on the furniture and they denied us I will never use them again ,I writing it says it's covered and in small print it says you can't sue them

We were greeted by Linda as we walked in to the store.We left very happy about 20 minutes later with a new loveseat and recliner. The store was happy to deliver our new items to our cabin in the mountains. It was a great experience !!!!!

I recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture to anyone. I purchased a couch for my living room. Their sales associate Christopher is very professional, very clear, explaining the finance opportunity. The prices are very reasonable to fit anyone’s budget. I will be back to purchase the remaining set for my living room and bedroom set. Thank you so much. You are my one stop shop.

I wish I could give negative stars!! I had way higher expectations for the price I paid for my recliner. Firstly we scheduled delivery and they gave us a 3 hour window which is great, no problem with that, the problem I had was that they showed up about an hour and a half early. I had to change my whole day for these delivery guys because they can't show up when they are scheduled. Next they essentially sent me a used recliner. Not sure where they got this thing from but the stitching in many places was coming undone, it looked like there was some kind of burn mark on the back of it, and the led lights and some of the buttons don't even work!! Customer service is a joke....these people don't care about customer satisfaction only your pocket book. I don't know how they stay in business. PLEASE go elsewhere for your furniture. Someone who actually cares about their customers and stands by their product.

Experience was great!! We were greeted by Rosa immediately when we entered and she’s was able to direct us to the item we were looking for. We spent about 30-40 minutes looking and comparing until we found exactly what we were looking for. Spent about another 20 minutes with her going over paperwork and details, meeting with her manager, choosing a delivery date and payment. Would highly recommend.

Bob's furniture hands down offers the best and outstanding customer service. We were greeted from the minute we stepped into the store from all the floor salesmen. The floor supervisor Deon was super helpful and patient. Experience was pleasant and it was smooth sailing from purchasing to delivery. Thanks Deon!

I found the couch I was looking for, soft & really comfortable. It wasn’t too expensive & I used their 12 month credit system. Kory was very nice but didn’t pressure me to buy anything just gave me answers to my questions.

I was hesitant to try a furniture store rather than order online, but I'm really glad I tried Bob's discount furniture. They have lots of selections with different options to choose from. My favorite part was discovering the outlet portion. I couldn't believe how low the prices were for quality furniture. Julie was an amazing sales associate and assisted me with multiple furniture inquiries. I'll definitely be going back any time I have furniture needs.

I went in to look for a chair and ended up purchasing two. First off I want to give a shout out to Julianne in the outlet. She was AWESOME! She will be the reason I will be back. That and the guys in the back where I picked up my chairs. Thank You! That will be the reason I will be back.. You earned my future business. The reason I didn't give five stars. The people that worked in the front made me feel like I walked on to a car lot. Then to boot I was given misinformation in regard to price from someone that works in the front.

is there any reason the staff here feels the need to make you feel like you're an inconvenience to them when they're doing their job ? every time I've gone to any one of their locations I've never had an issue with rude employees till this location I was worried the bedroom set I was ordering would end up being back ordered (a previous order from them had been back ordered without being notified) so I requested to know if any of them items I'd be ordering would have low stock so I know if I should expect back ordered stuff a few days from now Jennifer & Garrett were very rude when it came to looking up the items individually to see the stock it most definitely made me feel like my business was not wanted nor needed just be careful where you go and I guess don't ask to see what's in stock they'll make you feel like a child that doesn't know that they're talking about
