I had a sewage leak happen and Joy did not want to get the plumber out stating it was owners responsibility. After days of fighting with them not telling me they had someone come out and then canceling that plumber. I finally got them to get the plumber out there. From there, the whole thing was a nightmare. The only thing that was good about it was Jeffrey. I do admit after three months and them bouncing a $24,000 check and leaving me with zero money for a week, I started being disrespectful and very frustrated with them. I have been asking for a home inspection to get the remaining of the insurance money from their insurance for almost a month (sent the insurance the info 6/24 and she stated she was waiting from a response from the Hoa) and they have no update. We found another issue of the exterior walls leaking in and found out it was from exposed from the exterior hose And an electrical box. I also saw some notice of termite damage but I was unsure if it was new or old I sent pictures and videos and they wanted nothing to do with it until they're contractors called and said they're closing up the wall and they will be liable for any fire damage from said outlet. The electrician finally got here and refused to do it from the outside and left. I'm emailing them every day sometimes multiple times a day because they just won't answer and they refuse to answer calls which is why I've shown up in their office. This issue is still not complete and they have asked me to cease emailing or calling or showing up. They are illegally holding funds by not processing the rest of the insurance claim and people re calling to get paid. So I guess you can add embezzlement as well.
So to summarize Jeffrey is the only one who updates and follows up but Everyone screens calls and Aaron and Joy will refuse to answer you leaving you no choice but email and they will not respond to every email or return your calls or voicemails.

I work with them as a vendor, and I can honestly say that they are good to work with. Their Service Coordinator Joy is very easy to coordinate with and is a great communicator, which is very helpful for us on the vendor side.

Terrible HOA but let’s be honest is any one good. We put in requests may be 2 months ago and now response. Speaking to them is harder than speaking to Joe Biden. Talked to my neighbors and they are also not happy with what they are forced to pay. Very unprofessional and makes you wonder what are we paying for? A one man lawn maintenance worker who does the bare minimum? Avoid them you have been warned!

Joy is extremely rude and unprofessional.
She continually hung up on me and told me she couldn’t speak to me because I was just a resident and not a home owner when I was trying to get a pool key to the community I live in. She was very mean and when I asked to speak to her manager she refused to allow me to speak to them and told me to call the main line after I was in person at the office picking up the pool key after a month of waiting. She yelled several times “you’re welcome”
After handing me the pool key and scaring my little girl. Then when I left and called the main line Joy answered the phone and when I asked to speak to the manager she refused and asked what for and asked if it was about the pool key and k told her I wanted to speak to her manager Rebecca and joy still wouldn’t allow me to she should really find another job because she doesn’t have the right skills to work with people.

After they resigned from management they closed our HOA banking account without warning. Many bills were set to auto-debit shortly thereafter. As unprofessional as it gets. Be sure to stay as far away from them as possible.

Since the owner, Jan Hudson has blocked me and requested my comment on a social media page me deleted, I'm posting here. Citrus HOA was our HOA last year 2023', and they really dropped the ball! Myself and several of my other neighbors attempted to get them to review our CCR'S to confirm if we could get our CBU (mailbox) moved to our street.(after many thefts this was our best option) After numerous phone calls, emails, construction bids, false info Citrus HOA has failed US Homeowners!!! Jan Hudson was left phone messages and an email in attempt to get her straighten this out, but she never had the decency to respond to any of these attempts. What a lack of customer service and awful way to a business!! Thankfully, now we have a great HOA who helped us!

Since the Owner, Jan Hudson has blocked me from her FB page and reported my comment from Redlands Buzz, this one won’t get removed.Citrus HOA was our HOA last year 2023’ and they really dropped the ball! Citrus HOA has been managing our complex of 120 condos for 1 year now, and I am so happy and grateful for their service to our community. I'm the HOA Board President, so I am constantly working with the team. It's a stark difference from our previous management company. I now feel supported, informed, and valued, plus our community is being taken care of, which is the most important thing.Our HOA is much more organized, and fewer things are falling through the cracks. It's A LOT to manage 120 condo units on a large property. Derek, Jeffery, and their team are always courteous and kind—even when they are being treated poorly by some residents. I love that they are located in Redlands, right on State Street. If you're looking for a local, knowledgeable, and dedicated team to help your HOA, I whole-heartedly recommend this company.

I chose to rate Citrus HOA 5 stars due to their high level of customer service. I would like to recognize Jeff also who is a great communicator and he gets things done when needed and very quickly. A few encounters I had with Jeff and he went above and beyond to complete my requests. Thanks Jeff keep up the good work! Would definitely recommend.

They took over our HOA management a couple years ago.Prior to that we had roofs leaks that no one would come look at. Our parking lots were covered with flying trash, our trash containers were sticking out of their walled building because there was so much trash behind the containers they didn't fit anymore.NO MORE- They hired someone to make sure our parking lots are clean, easy to get to our trash containers, they are quick to send someone out when you have a building problem. Our rep in the office is quick to reply to all emails and very friendly and eager to answer any inquiry We are very pleased with our relationship, the way our business park looks and the staff is superb. NEED Management, give them a call.
