Every time I go I just KNOW the employees are going to have an attitude I feel like I'm begging them to help me. I’m even embarrassed to ask questions.

The staff member who assisted me was absolutely incredible. She is hands down the best person I've encountered here. She was incredibly attentive and patient, explaining everything very clearly and helping me with all my questions. Beyond her professional help, she was so polite and genuinely friendly. Exceptional service!
