I am glad I came to this place. The bike mechanic Thomas was very honest and helpful. They did a great job to my bike. The prices are cheaper that other shops around time and the customer service is even better. I wish this place will get more business they are very helpful. I will keep coming to this place for all my cycling needs. Highly highly recommended.

Great place in Redlands provides all my cycling needs. I stopped bye for a $15 part and was treated like a king- spending $15,000 !!! I was greeted with an immediate warm and genuine welcome. They offered to install the part if I needed and was super helpful (really) I felt special!
The bikes and equipment are top notch with very impressive high end selections available. The staff really was eager to help not pushy or pressured and not rushed . This place really made-my-day !

I called this place before showing up and they gave me the best customer service compared to the other places I called. I came in for a flat tire for my ebike. There was recommendations, they met my needs as a customer and now my tire is nice and firm! Great service! I recommend. Thank you.
