I have been a member of DSW VIP for many years and I like that they offer rewards and coupons from time to time. However, I was very disappointed with the service at this location. Before I went there, I went online to print out my member number and current rewards. When I brought my shoes to the cashier, they told me that I don't have any reward points. After I showed them the paper I printed at home, they said I have to provide them the code of my $10 off reward. I asked them if they can find that in their computer system because I don't have access of my DSW account on my phone. They said they were not able to do that, but they can hold onto the shoes and I have to come back in 24 hours or they will put the shoes back on the shelf. I am not going to drive all the way back there in 24 hours just because they insisted that I have to provide the reward code. They should be able to find it on their system since they have my account number and information. I was very disappointed and felt that the employees there didn't know how to do business. I would rather purchase shoes online than coming to this DSW again. I hope they will have more training on their employees and provide better solution for the customers. It was a very disappointing experience.

Terrible customer service. Asked for a shoe size.. and she said if it's not out there then we don't have it. I asked her if she could help me look for a certain type of shoe and she also added that they close in 10 mins and that I'm welcomed to look but she's already closing. Horrible service. This was closing shift for September 4th younger girl.
