I have been a member of DSW VIP for many years and I like that they offer rewards and coupons from time to time. However, I was very disappointed with the service at this location. Before I went there, I went online to print out my member number and current rewards. When I brought my shoes to the cashier, they told me that I don't have any reward points. After I showed them the paper I printed at home, they said I have to provide them the code of my $10 off reward. I asked them if they can find that in their computer system because I don't have access of my DSW account on my phone. They said they were not able to do that, but they can hold onto the shoes and I have to come back in 24 hours or they will put the shoes back on the shelf. I am not going to drive all the way back there in 24 hours just because they insisted that I have to provide the reward code. They should be able to find it on their system since they have my account number and information. I was very disappointed and felt that the employees there didn't know how to do business. I would rather purchase shoes online than coming to this DSW again. I hope they will have more training on their employees and provide better solution for the customers. It was a very disappointing experience.

There are so many shoes. No one greeted us when we entered the store. The selection of shoes have not changed from sandals to closed toe shoes yet.I wanted to get casual dress shoes, but couldn’t find any and there is no one to help you.

I bought over 100 pair of boots for work and wore them for not even 5 minutes not even outside. There was not 1 mark on them and they wouldn't take them back. They do not even look worn. I read the receipt and feel that I was way within my return rights.Not only that the girl at the register was completely rude and loud and unprofessional as if she wanted me to feel like I was doing something wrong.I will NEVER come back to dsw. I would rather pay more at the mall than come back here.

I went in tho DSW (Lugonia) this weekend and I agree with sone prior reviews .. Pre Pandemic, this was a very nice store with lots of variety & quality shoes, not anymore. With the decline noted in this store, it appears there is a decline in some customer service as well. I bought shoes from clearance but my box was labeled with a price not covered on the posted discount sign. I have never seen this kind of thing in the past times pre pandemic. When I brought it to the customer service person ringing my purchase asking why incorrect labeling she said that some times it's just that way and does t know why.. I then suggested it be brought to attention so that we can know the proper discount we are being charged, she replied, " we don't make the signs here and don't have any control over what they send us so it's just what it is". She then charged what the next price up was and took the owed % off that price. She then pointed out to me that I did get the 40% off the price per the Red label.. but it wasn't off the price on my box.. What attitude and tone.. and is the principal of the situation ..and no matter how big or small the difference the price was not honored and then take the label % which is ripping someone off .. so although there are some low prices to fit some budgets, this is no way to honorably represent the DSW brand nor the store and brand with a poor attitude. I trained employees for our front 29 yrs on appropriate customer services, HR, and scenario training. I can assure you the DSW should not feel comfortable with these types of transactions. I initially went in with my daughters they wanted sandals and found something also. I would not have chosen to shop there otherwise as they no longer carry my style shoes.. but that is just me.. I will not be frequenting this store.. They could stand an update of not only merchandise but employee customer service training. They must do better

Store was very clean. Nice selection of hiking shoes and boots. Had what I was looking for. Not much sale staff . But the ones they had were very helpful.

This place always has such cute shoes. My only complaint is that I wish they offered more smaller sizes for adult women. It's hard to find a 5 or 5-1/2 heel.
