I have been going here for years. However today, while they were doing the oil change a guy came and said I needed a new filter. So I asked how much. He said it would be $30. So I went ahead and said yes. when I went to pay, they charged me $48. When I brought it up they said no they told me $30 for my back windshield wiper. So happened that it was brand new, I had replaced it a week ago. So that wasn't even a questionable quote. Very shady! I will never go back!!

Rick Phillips is the most honest car guy in auto repair Redlands CA. When my check engine light and temperature battery light came on Redlands mechanic Rick looked under the hood.All my Saturn car needed was an anti freeze fluid top off. used to go to jiffy lube before here for my oil change. ever since I came here, I never went back to jiffy lube. They are friendly, very fast & prices are reasonable.

Been coming here for years, we did notice the name changed to the tune up clinic. Same guys we're there so I felt they could still do the job. This time I seen Rick not Steve were in, Took my car for an alignment. They said my car needed a new suspension system which was VERY EXPENSIVE. I declined and went across to the discount tires center. They said my car just needed to be balanced and aligned. Yeah not coming here no more. Everytime I bring it for an oil change They want to add more and more expensive add ons. At this point I feel they just want to steal your money.

On behalf of all my customers, do NOT go here. These guys know nothing about cars. They didn't recognize the obvious signs of a blown head gasket, and when they replaced my customers' radiator, THEY DID NOT ADD COOLANT. This poor lady's car was running dry, not making any use of the radiator they installed! They kept telling her she needs more parts installed. Shops like these prey on innocent people who don't know much about cars. Stay far, far away from these thieves.

I have been coming here for the last 13 years. Went in for an oil change. Rick and Steve are gone. They have been replaced by Al and Peg Bundy. Sarcastic and arrogant new owners. Saturday afternoon I was the only customer. This place used to be packed on Saturdays. Peg Bundy was waiting for me at the counter. I asked what kind of synthetic oil they used and she said "Mobil 1". Price was more than $20 dollars higher than before. So they pulled my car in and it was surrounded by five guys- Al Bundy and four new trainees. So I asked Mr. Bundy if they used Mobil 1 oil in quart containers- I knew that Rick and Steve always did. One guy stood at the ready to pump in the oil. I asked them to hold up and asked Mr. Bundy how the cheap synthetic that they always used and the Mobil 1 could both come out of the same oil gun and how can I tell if I am getting Mobil 1 synthetic product? He said that I could never know. He said he buys Mobil 1 oil in 500 gallon bulk size. (It only comes in 55 gallon drums for "Bulk" size) If he said if he used the plastic bottles of Mobil 1 that it would cost at least $30 more. At this point I knew that Al was lying to me so I asked them to abort the oil change. He said they already had drained the oil out so what did I want to put in it now. I said "Just throw in three or four ounces of your bad attitude." So they put in the cheapest stuff they had. When I went into the office to pay Peg I told her that they are out of control lunatics and will never come back.

Brandon at the front desk was awesome. I was quoted 609$ at another place. Only paid 178$ here for a time up and oil change. Love the honesty.

I've been coming here ever since My first ever car, staff Is very friendly at one point they had 15 min oil changes which was very convenient, business name has change but the same friendly hard working staff.

I had been coming here for years. The owner was always honest and never tried to upsale me on unnecessary work, until last Friday. Came in for a quick oil change and the next thing I know a guy comes out and is telling me all these things that should be done.( to the tune of 400.00 extra) I declined. When I went in to pay I asked if the ownership was the same. Nope, it had changed. I'll never come back.
