Avoid this place at all cause. Had my vehicle under warranty repair at Tom bell. Arrived and was told it would be 30 minutes. Waited there with a crowd of people for almost 2 hours then for them to tell me sorry we are out of cars. Then they drive me and 2 others to there Rialto location where they stick me in a 60k mile maxima that shakes on the freeway and feels like the brakes are shot. will never rent from enterprise after this. Company has gone down hill big time.

Got there they didn’t have the car we reserved which was a pick up… they gave us a jeep which was ok. We had to wait for them to wash it which isn’t a big deal BUT I drive it home to pack my stuff and. Get my kids and husband I got into the passenger seat and the passenger seat was broken!!!! We immediately took it back we had to wait for over an hr to get another car when we were already on a time limit!!!! All for them to just say bring it back on empty!! Not a discount or nothing..!! I only gave them a 2 star rating because I don’t want to be a complete pos

I have been a member with Enterprise for many many years And this is the 1st time I am not happy with the service. In the past whenever I picked up the car, I automatically get an upgrade and was told that when I returned the car I have a Grace period of 30 -60 minutes (which I never use). This time she told me straight that if I go over my time it would be 1 hour charge. Is this how they treated their loyal customer? I have been telling people how great this location was…hummm.
Not a happy customer.

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. Last week I had a reservation for 3 passenger vans that I had placed in January. Our pickup day was Saturday at 9am. The Tuesday prior to the pickup, I had spoken with the location and they told me that they had all the vans on site and we were good to go. Then on Friday I called back to confirm, they said they had two of the vans on site but were trying to find an alternative option for the third. After spending over an hour on the phone with them, they decided they would give us 4 cars (2 passenger vans, 1 seven seater and 1 five seater) to make up for the missing passenger van.
At 8:30 the next morning I received a call from this location informing me that they DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THE PASSENGER VANS ON SITE and did not have the 7 seater like they had said the previous day. The only solution they gave us was waiting until noon to have the vans. This is when the prior renter was supposed to drop them back off. However, we had a 9am pickup time because we needed a 9am pickup in order to arrive at our destination in time. We are semi-professional soccer team and had a match in Arizona, which we would not have arrived at on time had we waited until noon. All the work that the front office, coaches and players have put in this season were nearly wrecked by this Enterprise location.
Thankfully, we found a local rental company that still had vans in nearby San Bernardino named America's Xpress Rent A Car. They were able to save us from this disaster that Enterprise had caused.
This all just leads me to wonder, though, what is the point of a reservation if they don't honor them? All I could think about was that Seinfeld episode. Needless to say I will never be coming back to this location to rent because they are far too unreliable.

Unfortunately I’m writing this review a couple months late but had a great experience with this location. Long story short, I had rented a car from a location near me and was on vacation in big bear. Unfortunately my rental didn’t have enough power for a steep driveway at the airbnb and backed into a tree. I called this location to see if I was able to return it and were very kind over the phone, ensuring me not to worry, as I did get insurance for it. I get there and turns out the other location never put the car under my name so I had to wait for about an hour or two for corporate and the other location to respond. Kyle was able to help me, making the process less stressful. Despite it being super busy, i was about to take a replacement vehicle while Kyle gave excellent customer service. Definitely will be coming back to this location soon

Very efficient and courteous staff. I appreciated the call to confirm the reservation. I would suggest vehicle checks before renting the cars back out.

Reserved a truck . Went in they had no trucks available. Ruined my plans. Worst place to rent a vehicle. Said they would call me at noon to see if they get a truck. Never heard from them . Poor customer service .
