staff was very helpful and friendly while I was shopping for back to school . I came across one of the assistant managers name David who seems to be running the whole entire store while other employees were goofing off . The blond employee seemed to be very unfocused in her job and made it very difficult to shop and was only helped by one gentleman name David . If shopping here I highly recommend letting that gentleman help you .

My Grandson found some new shoes and I found some too. The music wasnt played so loud like other stores. It was nice to spend time there.

I came to the store on a whim and I did see that it's well kept. All isles are easy to walk through and shoe types are categorized correctly. There is a great variety from many shoe brands for you to pick from.

Every time I order a pair of shoes that says they are available at this location. They are not. Why have them in stock if they aren’t “in stock”? This has happened every single time I have ordered something from the Redlands location. Do better!

This use to be one of my fav stores but the last time we bought shoes here they got a hole in a matter of weeks, and they were work shoes! Went in there the other day and the selection is just lacking variety and the prices do not represent I mean I know prices are going up but sheesh?
