The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was also adequately staffed! They did my small spiral binding job while I waited. The store was clean and well stocked. Goodbye Office Depot and Staples! Fedex Store Redlands has a new customer.

Refused to ship my package due to me using a old Amazon prime box. They wanted me to purchase a new FedEx box for an additional $8 bad customer service postage was already prepaid and they refused to accept it

It’s a busy spot! Despite that, Nicole gave me such personalized service. I even had a typo on my print and she called to attempt to fix it for me(she didn’t have to do that). I’ll be back!!!

The only reason I'm hesitant to give a 5star is because I'm selfish. This spot is efficient, friendly, and all-around perfect.
There is almost zero wait time, and the prices match the larger chains that come with 45-minute wait times. Hence, the hesitance. I don't want this place to get busy, but if it does, they'll still be quicker than across the street.

They have everything you need at this location. Nick was really awesome and super helpful. All the workers here are really friendly, helpful, and efficient. I really appreciate that as a small business owner and consumer.

This is one of the best Fedex I have ever been too. I recently moved to Redlands from OC. This Fedex location is clean, spacious and have great employees. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I use Fedex all around Orange County, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties. This one is my favorite one.

I use Canva to create posters, so I thought why not make my own photo holiday cards this year. I made it Friday night and the app said I could get it printed locally. FedEx Redlands came up, and I’ve done some printing with them before that was great. I got a message Saturday afternoon that all 150 of my cards were ready for pick-up! They came out so nice, and I’ll never do the super expensive card sites again with delayed shipping!

This is the first time that I use the FedEx print shop. I submitted a print order online for a large poster $140. Unbeknownst to me the pixels On a couple of the images were distorted. It would’ve been nice to receive a call or a text to discuss my order before they printed the poster. What’s disappointing is the only way to correct this is to place a new order and pay $140 again. Very disappointed. Not sure that I will use the service again .

I usually have a good experience here, but the older lady that helped me yesterday was rude. I ship packages regularly always using the same FedEx branded boxes. Yesterday, she stopped me, made me purchase an additional box for reasons she had a hard time explaining. I politely told her I didn’t understand since this has never been an issue, but her response was “Probably because you just leave it on the counter and run off like you just did.” I’m not sure if she just thought I was young and needed to be taught a lesson? But I don’t think customer service is the right field for her. I contacted FedEx customer support and they agreed that my packaging and label were should have been fine and no additional box was needed.
