I usually have a good experience here, but the older lady that helped me yesterday was rude. I ship packages regularly always using the same FedEx branded boxes. Yesterday, she stopped me, made me purchase an additional box for reasons she had a hard time explaining. I politely told her I didn’t understand since this has never been an issue, but her response was “Probably because you just leave it on the counter and run off like you just did.” I’m not sure if she just thought I was young and needed to be taught a lesson? But I don’t think customer service is the right field for her. I contacted FedEx customer support and they agreed that my packaging and label were should have been fine and no additional box was needed.

First time at this location. Some construction nearby so the entrance is around the corner.Customer service was great. Nick i think his name, was very friendly and helpful.

I worked with the store manager to ship some documents abroad and she was very helpful as she informed me details of delivery and gave me two different types of staplers to try out. Interaction was swift and easy. I would come here again even though it's a little further. Heads up for anyone needing to print, UPS in Loma Linda is 0.25 cents per B&W page as for here, it's 0.19 cents.

I came into this FedEx with 12 packages to mail for a tradeshow, and I could not be happier with the service they provided. The nice young man who helped me was Curtis helpful and really made my experience a great one. I don't know his name but he was so nice and so helpful and I was getting out of there in less than 10 minutes. This is what customer service is supposed to be about kudos to management for this FedEx.

The staff needs retraining in customer service. Especially the middle aged person working there. He should be moved away from customer service and possibly retrained extensively.

Off the bat, you can tell the women over the phone was not interested in helping. Everything I asked, I was directed to do online, in other words do it yourself so I can have my job as easy as possible. I was looking to print 4 items that could've been quick and easy but you could tell minimal assistance was wanted to be given. I live in Redlands & would rather all the way to chino were the customer service is 1,000 times better. Oh and if I didn't do it online, I'd be charged a rushed fee lol for 4 pages?

This is my #1 go-to FedEx always! Every single time I go, I have a great experience. The staff is always welcoming and helpful; I feel as though they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Whenever I have questions about a product or a shipment, they right away have an answer that's delivered with an awesome attitude. I absolutely love this location, thanks guys!
