Brandon was extremely helpful. Came in at the last minute needed my flat fixed, it had to be replaced l was in and out in under 45 minutes. Thank you Brandon and Firestone for being my go to place.

Horrible service took car In for warranty work said it would take 3 days and after a week nothing was done and after I told them to put my car back together I got it back not aligned while I waited for the parts to come in. I had to call them for updates on the parts which I got nothing but excuse after excuse they said they would call me with updates never received one call from them I had to call everytime and still no result. After two months of driving around with a unaligned vehicle now my front tire is worn and still no parts then when I call for another update they tell me oh you need to take it to the dealership there’s nothing we can do and closed out my ticket. Then they told the warranty company they couldn’t do the work it was due to not having the right tool are you kidding me? They also said in the beginning due to all the problems you’ve had we are going to give you two new tires that you need for the back of your car and when I brought this up in my last phone call to them they said oh no we would never do that. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced all I got from them is a car that is worse than it was when it in. Do not recommend going here at all. I’ve always heard bad things about Firestone would have never gone here but unfortunately this was the place my warranty was authorized by ?

Firestone located on Redlands Boulevard has always been my go-to. I always leave my car early in the morning and feel safe there. Firestone's work on my car is top-notch and I never need to return for service. Firestone has all my car information and let's me know what my car needs or maintenance due.

I called for a vehicle inspection and possible new tires on a Friday and got an 11:30 appointment for Sunday. I was 10 minutes early, the staff was friendly, not much of wait but they were busy. My vehicle was taken in on time, and I received feedback about my vehicle throughout the visit, which I appreciated because It allowed me time make the best decision about my car. Overall, great service, great guarantees, and warranties on parts. They even through in some discounts for my bill. I have no complaints. I do recommend if you're looking for peace of mind, value, and great service.

Thank you, for good old fashion service...Eddie and Ian. I recently, had a flat tire caused by some debris on the 10 fwy headed east and decided to exit orange and seek some help. I have never done business with Firestone before, but will be sure to check them out for all my tire needs in the future. All, due to the positive, professional, and prompt service recently giving to me by these young men.

People of Color, beware of the short, petite, White man with the one huge grey plastic buck tooth, that goes by Mike. I brought my pick-up in, for routine check and an issue with my wipers; and Mike kept asking, "Why don't you just bring this into Dodge? Why did you bring this here?" He was friendly to the 3 other White customers, but was extremely rude to me. I was told that the part for my wipers was going to be ordered in... this was 2 months ago. I still have received no call regarding having received this particular part, nor would I want to see that little, tiny, short, petite White man, ever again, even if the part did arrive.

The crew is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The service was fairly quick, but I did not appreciate offering unnecessary work to be done. But they were nice about it.
