Good Services and interest rates are lower (half the rate) of a traditional bank. I've been able to use online banking to resolve all my issues.

The people who work in the Redlands’s branch are very knowledgeable and very nice to work with. I just waited an hour to talk to someone in the main office about an account error. No answer. This is really annoying, my time is worth something.
