Can’t say enough good things about the team at Fix Auto, especially Lacy, who went above and beyond to work with my insurance company to make sure that things were right. We bought the car brand new- for first time in my life - and were heartbroken when it suffered an accident. I’m back in the car and it feels as good as the day we rolled it off the lot. Can’t go wrong with this shop no matter what you drive, they are expert professionals and really care about their customers.

Title: Fix Auto Redlands Completely Failed Me – Incomplete Work, Broken Promises, and Rude Staff
Fix Auto Redlands used to be reliable—only because of Ralph, who handled my original claim. After he left, the quality collapsed.
I brought my van in about a year and a half ago for a major insurance repair after it was vandalized. Roughly 90% of the van needed repainting, plus several exterior components needed replacement. The shop was paid in full by insurance.
Here’s what actually happened:
-Key parts were never ordered or installed (tail-light housings, roof trim, and more).
-[Large portions of the paint job were incomplete or poorly done—overspray, missed areas, uneven paint, sloppy finishing.
---I reported everything immediately, provided photos, and even went back in person so they could document the issues.
--They promised to call me to schedule repairs.
--They never did. Not once.
We are now in November 2025.
Still no repairs. Not a single thing fixed.
Worse, during my last visit, the new employee—a Caucasian guy acting like he owned the place—was unbelievably rude and even called me a liar about the missing parts. Completely unprofessional, totally out of line, and absolutely unacceptable.
I was patient for over a year. They were paid for the job. They simply did not do the work. And the customer service has fallen off a cliff since Ralph left.
This was supposed to be warranty work. Instead, it turned into a never-ending runaround and disrespect.
I do not recommend this location to anyone.
If you value honesty, professionalism, or a shop that actually completes the work it was paid for, look elsewhere.

Car looks good , outside of the fact that they didn’t complete the job, inside drivers side door that was hit , had the window control electronics. Damaged and glitchy , unusable, they need to fix this , if they complete this I would give them five stars. Thank you. Also the replaced windows, which was nice , but I had tint on them and I need $500 to replace tint.

Got backed into by someone who was uninsured, and my insurance doesn’t cover that. However that did not stop, Chad and team, at Fix Auto from doing everything they could to figure out how to fix what got hit. They gave me a huge discount because of my situation, which I am very grateful for. Everyone here is so pleasant and they really want to help everyone out. Thank you guys so much for dealing with my situation and fixing my car up so nice, you guys are truly the best!!

Fix Auto charged me $371.56 upfront for some minor body work, popped out a small dent on the front bumper and informed me that they didn’t have the fender lining available. I thought they would give me a call next week and let me know when they could complete the job. Instead I had to call and was told to come in the next day , I waited and they still didn’t have the part. The next day I had to call again and when I complained about the service, Lacey supposedly a manager said that they would now only give me the liner and refund me $20?? I went in the next day and Chad another manager starts arguing with me and acting like he wanted to fight me for complaining. Real professional. Another worker tried to fix the situation saying they would install the liner but by that point it was too late, I drove off with the part and no refund. Avoid Fix Auto.

Great and prompt service. Accurate and timely estimate. Excellent work and friendly staff.
Have been there 2 times for a front end and rear end collison of Tesla model Y.
