My husband called to cancel internet on our rental property. Frontier actually disconnected our primary residence by mistake which led us to no internet for FOUR days resulting in my husband missing work since he works from home. Idiots.

No Internet for four days now. Unable to contact customer service – – phone number loops on recorded message. No help. Got lucky once — a real tech. Sent me a new “eero” It could not find the network. No further luck — got stuck in phony customer service phone loop. Don’t sign up for internet or autopay.

At Fort Irwin, we have three options for internet: Frontier, Starlink, or cell service-provided hotspot. The cheapest option is Frontier if you can get a good deal during a promotion, and generally the service works.
1. They often increase their prices once you sign on. Read your contract very carefully.
2. Maintenance once your internet is set up is very difficult to get if you have issues.
3. When I tried to set up Frontier internet our second time at Fort Irwin, Frontier canceled our scheduled setup twice and wouldn't reschedule setup at the price they offered the week prior stating it was a promotion that ended. To be clear, Frontier canceled the scheduled setup, not me. Good news is we have Starlink now (far more expensive but an ethical, trustworthy company).

Your door by door people got mad and got an attitude because I didn't know what frontier was his words: "you've never heard of frontier? Huh, that's cute" the guy was a complete tool the whole time so I proceeded to waste there time and cancel last minute. You guys have amazing customer service btw! (That's sarcasm)

There is no customer service at all. Frontier raised my bill. I've been calling to talk to someone about this issue. The auto system hung up on me once, and froze up the second time. I called a sales rep to see if he could transfer me and he rushed me off the phone. Also told me not to call back. when I finally got through to the right department they were closed. I wouldn't even give frontier a half star.

People keep coming to my house trying to sell this service. I politely told them no then they come back the very next day. Not even 24 hours later. And the chick has smart remarks and doesn't listen to what you're telling them. She's rude and needs to be fired.

Worst service ever!! I've only had them for 2 months and have already had to deal with 3 outages for over 24 hours. That's just ridiculous especially working remotely. This has affected my work! DO NOT SWITCH TO THEM. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR A BETTER SERVICE.

HORRIBLE experience. I signed up with a door to door salesperson in my area. She made several claims that were 100% false. She said that it "was impossible" to have service outages with fiber internet. I knew this was false but let that go. She also assured me that the equipment was owned by me and if I ever cancelled service I would not need to return the EERO's that were provided. Well, none of that was true. Within the first month of service I had four outages with each one lasting multiple days. I work from home and cannot afford to lose internet for multiple days. Each time they assured me that this would be fixed quickly. Each time it took multiple days. Eventually I called to cancel my service. The first person I spoke to said that I would need my account PIN to cancel. I did not have that with me so I said I would call back. I called back after finding my PIN. Weirdly, no one else that I spoke to ever asked for my PIN. Instead the second person I spoke to told me that they would cancel my service. They did so, but then informed me they were going to charge me a cancellation fee and a restocking fee. I asked that those be waived because of my poor experience utilizing the Frontier service. They said that they needed to speak to a supervisor. They put me on hold for around 30 minutes and then hung up the phone. I called back again and this time just asked for a supervisor. I spoke with someone who was somewhat helpful this time. They cancelled my service and waived the cancellation fee but are still trying to charge me a $50 restocking fee. HORRIBLE company, horrible service, DO NOT sign up with Frontier, you will regret it.

I would give Frontier a -10 if I could. Their internet service was horrible. Only worked half the time. They kept raising the price. I finally went with Mojave Communications from advice of a neighbor who was also with Frontier and now with Mojave Communications. Now my service is excellent. I highly recommend Mojave Communications. Frontier is horrible.

We have been using Frontier for about 4 years. Everything works good and when there is a problem we have had no issues with the service techs.
