This branch: The guy working there was nice. It's in a decent area, relatively safe I'd imagine. Parking is a bit odd. No complaints about this employee but the online GameStop itself sucks. They mislead you as far as having in stock what you want but then it's never available in reality and you have to order it shipped. So I did order a game, it cost 8.99. shipping was 6.99. and it came defective. Return refunds only cost but not shipping (kinda forced into it remember) so that's that. I'll not be ordering anything again from there because they apparently don't test out what they sell beforehand.

This GameStop is operating in bad faith. Gamestop is not a membership store. They do not require a membership to shop there yet the requiring of membership to buy certain products. If you can't buy a product unless you're a member then it is a membership store
If a customer walks in with cash to buy a product you have that is not reserved for a customer and are not selling it. You are operating in bad faith.

I do like the gamestop but they never answer any of my calls when I do call. I went down there and called and I c no one picks up when noone was there before. It is sad that I have to just walk in the store and ask a question when all they have to do is just answer the phone for a min. But I have to drive there just for a question. That is sad to me

My boyfriend and I stopped by to see what new item they had and as soon as we entered the store we were greeted with a warm Hello. Gabriel helped us out and he was such a wealth of information and made for an enjoyable shopping experience.

This GameStop rocks with five stars, because they always help me find a used copy that is hard to find and they take the time to really look. They also will educate me on the pros and cons and I really appreciate that. Not to mention they keep so much cool stuff in the storeand they seem to care about the customer

Would've had 5 stars but they don't have penny sleeves stocked, like ever. I've been here 3 times and never any penny sleeves. Also apparently only the games stop that doesn't price match. Put me in a Mexican OT mood.

Late post! Spending time with Grandkids who had so much fun spending their birthday monies !!! LOL!! We were warmly welcomed by Sergio and he was very patient answering all the grandkids' inquiries. After making all their purchases they were already talking about coming back to the store !
