I would have given it 0 stars if i could. They don't even know how to do a proper bobcut layers, its uneven and choppy. If you don't know how to do it, just say it. dont be ruining people's hair just because you want money.

Review is for Barton location. 1 star for staff friendliness and 1 star overall cleanliness. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and haircuts have always been hit or miss. Lately they’ve been mostly miss. I’ve always assumed that most of the hairstylist’s are new or newer barber school graduates. That would explain why my haircuts are always hit or miss. They do add notes to your check in name which is cool but it does no good if the person cutting your hair is inexperienced with a particular style. What’s been happening lately with me is I try to tell the stylist how to cut my hair and watch out for certain areas as my hair grows weird in some spots. But I don’t know if it offends them or they just are too inexperienced to make the adjustments. The notes on me are pretty specific so not sure why my hair still gets cut different every time 🤦♂️. So you are able to request a certain stylist and come in on their day on but you’d still have to sign in and wait your turn which kind of takes away from the convenience of a place like this. I believe I have to start being extra firm with requesting how I want my haircut. I don’t necessarily want to do that because to me you don’t want to come across as an AHole to 2 people, people cooking/serving your food and the people who cut your hair lol. I’ll probably give this place one more try with extra specific instructions and see how that goes. I’ll add a star if it goes well

Alesha always does a great job with my haircuts. Her work is incredible! Additionally, the store manager Johanna is always welcoming. If you are lucky or you request somebody. Request Alesha or Johanna….actually or Linda. Honestly you can’t got wrong with any of the stylists at this location.

I got my haircut at Great Clips on Barton Rd in Redlands on Sept. 12, 2024. Alesha cut my hair for the first time and she did an EXCELLENT job. I was very happy with it. I have curly hair so sometimes it can be hard to get my hair cut just right.
Katelyn has also cut my hair in the past at Barton location. I would greatly recommend these two ladies they are wonderful, take their time to listen to what you’re looking for in a hair cut and make recommendations if necessary.

Hair type: I have curly hair that can be hard to style.
I have had haircuts that didn’t suit my face and complement my curly hair type.

Morgan was recommended by Ariana when she went on maternity leave.
I was delighted to meet Morgan and have received several great haircuts from her. She is experienced and talented. She has also restyled my grand daughter's hair with layers when she wanted something new. Morgan is confident & does a really great job representing Great Clips w every haircut we have gotten.
Requested style: Short layered bobb for this senior citizen.
Long layers around face 4 the 10yo grand daughter keeping enough length in back to create ponytail when needed.
Stylist: See previous comments about Morgan at the Brookside Plaza location. She is a talented stylist.

I've always had excellent service at Great Clips Hair Salons, especially with Linda at the Redlands, CA location.
Stylist: Linda at the Redlands, CA location has been my stylist.
Whatever service I need, she is professional, creative and has great advice for my hair type.

All the stylists here are really great! This is always my preferred Great Clips to visit. I usually try to stay consistent with my stylist, Linda, who is always friendly, caring, and quick. She does a fantastic job every time!

I was really nervous for my son’s first haircut given that he’s still so small! (14 months) but Linda at the Brookside location made me feel at ease and confident that I was in the right hands. Linda was extremely attentive, and patient with my son. I appreciated the fact that Linda consulted with me every step of the way of the haircut and shampoo process to calm my anxiety. The location was very clean and the girls were very friendly but no one compares to Linda!! I will be coming back.

This location is not close to home for me, but I make the 45-1hr drive once a month as I followed the absolute best hair stylist I’ve ever had, Morgan, from La Verne as she is so good with men’s cuts / fades! Super confident with the clippers and consistent every time.
The rest of the office is very kind (I’m sure equally good) and understanding when I ask for M by name.
Morgan is also very down to earth and great conversationalist! Cannot recommend more, though told her i was reluctant to post this because I want to keep her greatness a secret ;)
