The room was okay, helped by the fact we got a great price on it ($135.22 for one night!). But it was our last hotel on a month-long road trip to the Puget Sound, so it was just nice to be done with hotel rooms for a while.
Parking is free, which I guess is becoming rare anymore. But there aren't nearly enough spaces. We ended up parking in a dark corner across the parking lot. And in the morning we discovered our car was sprayed with very hard water from the irrigation system. Having our car detailed more than made up for the relatively cheap room.
All in all, when we're next looking for a hotel with a kitchenette facility, we'll try to stick with Marriott TownePlace Suites wherever possible. Home2 just doesn't seem to often get it right.

My husband and son stayed here for a couple of weeks while working in Redlands. Because the job ran longer than expected, we had to extend their stay and switch rooms a few times. The front desk team was incredible and always helpful and accommodating. I especially want to recognize Tiffanie, whose customer service truly went above and beyond five stars. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful out-of-town work trip seamless and worry-free!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and a nice salt water pool. The hot tub was not hot, but otherwise this hotel was great.

We’re very pleased with our stay so far at Hilton’s Home2 Suites. The location is ideal for our needs, and the hotel itself feels like a high-quality build - solid, clean, and quiet, which we really appreciate.
The room is thoughtfully designed with everything you’d need for an extended stay: a well-equipped kitchenette with an apartment-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and a full set of dishes. It’s the kind of space that makes a longer visit feel much more comfortable and manageable.
Although we haven’t yet tried the complimentary breakfast, it’s a nice offering to have. The bed is very comfortable and seems perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
Overall, Home2 Suites is delivering on all fronts so far - cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and value. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

I recently completed a 3-week stay at the Home2Suites by Hilton in Redlands, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I booked this extended stay out of necessity—I needed a quiet, functional space to get work done while still being close to my kids—and what I got was not just convenience, but community and care.
Tifanie was a standout from the beginning. Warm, welcoming, professional, and consistently checking in to make sure I was comfortable, she truly made me feel at home. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even providing a convection hot plate and skillet so I could cook properly in the kitchenette (which is impressively stocked, by the way—full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and modern appliances). It’s also worth noting that Tifanie was the one who advocated on my behalf to the manager to help me keep my original rate, even on days when prices rose. That level of personal attention and support meant so much. Danielle, also at the front desk, was equally kind and attentive.
I can’t say enough about Silvia and especially Brenda, who took such pride in setting up a fresh, delicious breakfast each morning. They greeted everyone with genuine warmth and joy—something you just don’t find in many hotels. Their care and consistency really helped start each day on a positive note.
From a work standpoint, this place delivered. The WiFi was strong and reliable all day, every day—a huge plus for a psychologist doing virtual therapy sessions and streaming in the evenings. The gym isn’t huge, but it’s well-equipped with all the essentials, including a solid selection of weights. I didn’t use the pool myself, but it’s an inviting outdoor space that clearly got plenty of love. The hot tub has an accessibility chair, and the area includes grills that guests seemed to really enjoy.
The location is also excellent—right off a major highway, which made it very accessible. While some might not describe the area as peaceful, I personally found it calm and quiet throughout my stay. No freeway noise made it into my room at all.
I didn’t use the laundry facilities myself, but I saw other guests making use of them and they seemed clean and easy to navigate. The housekeeping staff were consistently kind and attentive.
I can’t speak for anyone else’s stay, but I know I’ll absolutely be coming back anytime I need a local work retreat or just a restful, supportive space close to home. Home2Suites made what could’ve been a stressful situation into something genuinely enjoyable.

A very clean hotel with perfect rooms. I had no idea of the suites with little kitchens. It had everything, fridge, microwave, sink, dishes. It was nice there. The location was right off the highway which is why I gave it a star less on location.

This is my first time staying here. I was very impressed with the entirety of the hotel. As soon as you walk in you can see and smell the cleanliness. Front parking was available and made it easy to unload. At the desk, Winn was very helpful and answered all my questions. Usual when I stay at hotels, the receptionist don't care much for the guests but Winn definitely made me feel like an appreciated guest. My room was great, I didn't find anything unpleasing. Thank you staff for keeping up with the hotel, it shows.
