I bought the shampoo and when I used it my hair felt sticky and hard like I sprayed the hair spray, and they don’t let me return the shampoo. Also, they have a bad policy and bad costumer service I had ever seen , just be careful when you buy stuff in this store

TJ maxx/ home goods is the kind of store where you walk through every aisle and hunt for treasures, put things back, change your mind and so on but don’t think you can do that here with their pretentious loss prevention following you around the whole store without any reason.

The isle's are packed in tight, and Christmas crowd's don't make it any better ❗ Glass candles on glass shelves stacked up high dosen't look safe. I love to shop here when the store is clean and tidy. I didn't feel like they had many Christmas items this year. We did get in and out of the store pretty fast considering how long the line was.

I drove 45 minutes to get to this store since it says it's open and usually has the best selection. when I get here there is a mob of people waiting outside because the doors are locked. I sat and waited about 30 minutes and an associate finally comes out and tells everyone they're doing inventory and no one knows what time the store will open.

Usually the lines are long and it takes forever before you get to the front of the line. Surprisingly the line wasn't that bad and it moved quickly. I love Home Goods. I

Came to shop today I was trying to hunt down HK items. I went to the back to look at the blankets and there was a Caucasian lady blonde hair and I ask her if there were any and she was just plain rude about it. I walk out of the store. The store needs to retrain her on her customer service!!
