I visited the H&R Block office in Redlands after encountering an issue with a previous tax filing done at the Beaumont location. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of working with Terry, who went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and efficiently. She took the time to fit me into her busy schedule and made sure my return was completed. Her professionalism, clear communication, and genuine dedication to helping clients truly stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and outstanding customer service. From now on, I’ll be continuing my tax services with Terry at the Redlands office—she was truly exceptional.

I DO NOT recommend this H&R Block, especially Ms Murphy. I went there last year and these guys are not tax “experts.” They did not complete my taxes in time for filing and over charged me. I had to pay extra fees and penalties because of it. They said one thing and did another. I explained my situation multiple times and was asked the same questions over and over again. I went here for their expertise and was referred to Ms Murphy for my situation and left so disappointed with the product H&R Block provided. If you are filing anything more than a 1040EZ, don’t go here because they can’t handle it.

Fast, knowledgeable, caring! The people here know all the tax changes and were able to handle not only my return but also a friend's return who had a complicated issue. We both filed and I am getting my refund. My friend thought they were going to owe taxes this year and found they did not!
