“I had kept my rings in a safe for 5 years after a chain jewelry store wanted $900 to repair the prongs on my wedding set. Tekin Brothers was recommended to me by a friend.
The staff provided GREAT, personalized customer service. When they found out that I had traveled 30 miles to see them, they offered to repair the rings while I shopped locally. I ended up not staying just because of my schedule, but my rings were fixed in a matter of 3 hours, and they only charged me $165.
