So a few years ago I had a bad experience at this location, so I stopped going there. Recently I was in the area so I stopped in. I had a very good experience. I think this location hired better people. The customer service I received was 100%. The only way to save your store is this type of customer service. Well done.

I was working on putting together an outfit for a concert, as such, I stopped by twice this past week near closing to pick up some last-minute items, I was helped by Katherine, Martha and Laura over the span of my two visits. All very friendly and helpful. Thank you ladies!

There's been a few instances where my online order has falsely been marked as picked up. I don't want to speculate or anything, but it's just a bit suspicious. I wonder what would've happened if I didn't notice.

This was a place that I've only been to a handful of times. I appreciate that it is almost like a warehouse with how large it is and it makes you appreciate how many people are involved with art. There is a huge selection of fabrics for every artisan.the value seems to be at a decent cost and the service for the most part was good. Wow I was not here to use a restroom, I did have to use the restroom quickly and I was met with something that looked along the lines of a rest stop in a bad area. I think an institution needs to be happy with its presentation and every facet of what it puts forward, including bathrooms.I won't go into detail but let's just say I am grateful for anything that covers the surface of your body and the surface of anything you're about to use. Other than that, we found what we needed and where we needed it.

I came down here to return an item that malfunctioned, I purchased multiples of the item for $45/ea, ridiculous for bows, Regina told me she was unable to return the item for me because I didn't have a receipt and did not try to look up my account from phone number and said I could get it returned for the lowest ring up price available but only with my ID, I didn't have it on me because MY ARM IS BROKEN and I couldn't carry my purse, barely could carry these returns and now I have to come back to this ridiculously rude employee who refused to even look up my account by phone number. Will be returning everything I have purchased here and will be going to Amazon like everyone else because of employees like Regina being able to treat customers like this.

I recently had a terrible experience at Joann. I arrived at the store at 5 PM, a full hour before they were scheduled to close, but the manager, Martha, was already turning off the lights and getting ready to go home. I wanted to purchase some fabric, but was told that I couldn't because the store was closed. This made no sense to me, as I was standing in the store and there were still customers around. To make matters worse, when I finally went to the register, I was yelled at by Martha over the speaker system. While the man at the register was kind and wanted to help me, he was not trained on how to measure fabric and Martha wouldn't let him assist me because of this. Ultimately, I left the store empty-handed and extremely frustrated. I would not recommend shopping at Joann if this is the kind of service you can expect.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Joann. I arrived at the store at 5 PM, one hour before closing time. To my shock, the manager named Martha was already turning off the lights and getting ready to close up for the day. I wanted to buy some fabric, but Martha refused to let me do so, claiming that the store was closed. I couldn't believe it - I was standing right there in the store, and yet they wouldn't let me make a purchase. After being yelled at by Martha over the speakers, I finally made my way to the register. The man working there was kind and wanted to help me, but Martha wouldn't let him because she claimed he wasn't properly trained on how to measure fabric. Martha herself couldn't help me either, because she insisted that the store was closed. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend shopping at Joann if you want to be treated with any sort of respect or kindness.

i normally never do one star reviews. but today i put an order in for a total of 6 yards of fabric from their 30% off halloween fabric. i put the order in at noon and went to the store around 5pm when i got off of work because my email wasn't loading. i asked a lady if she could see if my order was ready and she didn't look and said that they couldn't find the halloween fabric. but i walked right passed the 30% off halloween fabric. i put in that order 5 hours ahead and the only response i got when i was in that store is they couldn't find the fabric. instead of looking for it or having me go get it so they could cut it they just told me to wait to get an email when it's ready. it's not been 6 and a half hours and still no email. i understand some places have backup on orders, but mine is 6 yards of cotton fabric that sits at the front of the store!!

I pulled up to this raggedy ass looking store there light we're going off and on I saw a rat running through the holes in the wall I was trying to buy some fabric and the cutting lady refused to talk to me so I was going to buy the hole roll and when I went to the cash, register,, Martha said she won't scan it. I guess she had to go home to her cats. Then Martha started yelling at people for no damn reason. Never went to the guy next to her. That was really nice but Martha also refused to train him so he couldn't do it for us. I forgot the guys name because the Wi-Fi is so ass and I had to come home to write this review. So overall don't come to this store i'm pretty sure they're going out of business so if it's nothing on the shelves and get rid of Martha

Had a lovely experience with Catherine in the sewing department. Brand new to sewing, looking for an easy to use and basic machine to have my gma teach me to sew. After visiting many local stores and being misguided to overly priced and complicated machines, I found exactly what I needed with Catherine’s help. I left feeling excited and optimistic thanks to her kindness.

***Update: updating my review to 3 stars because the manager, Misty, was very pleasant and really listened to what I had to say. We drive 40 minutes to go to this location based on prior positive experiences we've had with the store associates. Yesterday, an elderly store associate acknowledged that there was a long line and thanked everyone for their patience*** My aunt and I had a horrible experience with associate. I believe her name is Geri? Her cashier number is 849419. This occurred at 3:37 PM on 09/02/23. I asked if she could help my Aunt in the cricut section. She asked "why?" she needed help. My aunt had questions about the different bundles, so I told her I wasn't sure. She continued to probe as to WHY she needed to go over there. She was clearly annoyed and I told her "I don't know, can you please assist her?" My aunt told her that she wanted to see the cricut bundle, which wasn't out on the floor. Annoyed, Geri said "are you going to buy it? Because I'm going to have to go all the way in the back." Clearly, this girl, did not want to work. We get to the register, and she is visibly annoyed. I noticed she was stonefaced and unfriendly to every customer. My aunt asked if she was in a bad mood. When she handed us the receipt, she didn't even say "thank you."

So the store closes at 9pm . I arrived at 8:42 . I rushed to the back to grab two yards of felt. There was no employee in sight for about 7 mins . Then a lady approached me rudely saying they're NOT cutting yarn at the time due to "closing procedures". I mentioned I was here and the store isn't closed yet . She then said " this area closes 8:40pm" she also said they mention that to everyone in the store . Which I wasn't physically in the store at the time so I didn't get the information. After she told me this she was totally rude and sayin " Well I have things to do and if you have issues talk to the manager" with an attitude while walking away . I then walk to the front and the manager ignored me . She was rude as well Confirming this information she didn't help or try to diffuse the situation or apologize for the rude interaction I had with her employee. I also tried asking for her name and she didn't respond so I walked out the store . I hope everyone reads this! I will NEVER GIVE THIS STORE MY BUSINESS DUE TO LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Understand they have rules and regulations to follow but YOU DONT HAVE TO BE RUDE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SPEND MONEY!
