This location has been my most frequented lab for routine blood work for years, as it is the resident location of healthcare implemented by the lovely Ms Sonya. As a patient who is very sensitive to needles and weary of bodily fluids, she has always taken extra care when handling myself and required materials. With a pleasant and kind demeanor, Sonya alway makes the experience memorable and remarkable every time, in such a short exchange. She is quite an expert in giving advice as well wether emotional, physical or in the skill of life (with disclaim of course). Let her tell it, she is a certified phlebotomist, though many who come into contact with her, value her as so much more. In fact, her valued opinion addressing specific concerns probably saved my life in the long run, as a little education on blood pressure, led to the discovery of a lingering aneurysm, I had no idea of. Thank you for being your best self every time, and the best at what you do, Mrs. Sonya, you are appreciated.

3 stars only because I had an appointment scheduled today 11/27 with having it scheduled since last month only to show up to my appointment to see that this location is temporarily closed. I was not given a notice, no call, email or anything. I think this location can improve on their communication otherwise my last visit here was great with friendly staff.

One of the ladies who works behind the counter is extremely rude to people of different races. And then I had received a text message letting me know I was about to be called, and to enter the office, and when I do, this large angry, blonde women comes out yelling "Everyone who isn't sitting get out in the hall, that you're causing a safety hazard!" The people who were in the office were still checking in or had been texted to enter!

While the phlebotomists are kind, considerate, and professional, the office staff is not. The waiting room is stuffy and crowded. Lobby is not much better. Instead of coming in to the waiting room to call patients, they do so from their desks, which are behind a window and a closed door. Even if you are not hard of hearing, you won't hear your name unless someone happens to come through the door. Once I got my 93 year old mother, who has difficulty walking, through the door, instead of helping her into a room where she could sit down, they remained at their desks and wanted her paperwork. I suggested allowing her to sit down first. I took the paperwork to them and then they wanted her insurance card. These three trips for someone like my mother would have been exhausting and possibly dangerous. Surely as medical professionals they can do better!

Very unhelpful rude staff. They don't seem to care elderly people who can't see. Can't fill out all that information on the tiny kiosk. She told them she was having issues and they just told her to goback to the kiosk so I helped her. And we have been here way too long already it's very hot here.

The costumer service is the worst here. Mostly for ELDERLY people since they don't know how to use the check in tablet. I went in a morning right on opening hrs. Few patients that were elderly told the employees we don't know how to check in. They immediately were so rube by telling them to wait and yet they never assisted them and people kept coming in so that meant they were going to have to wait even more. I helped one of the elderly ladies to check in. No one came out to help or even asked them if they had checked in. Knowing some of them didn't know how to. The lady with shoulder length hair which I regret not asking for her name was so loud with patients information once they were called to the back.

This is the slowest lab with people and screaming kids crammed in a tiny room. If you don’t have an appointment you will get pushed back behind other people over and over. It’s horrible!!!!

Electronic check-in and scheduled appt is the key! Some people need prompting since not everyone is used to that especially when they see personnel up front. I have been going to this lab for years. There were days that were high volume and especially covid days when it was just a mess. I have always given myself enough time for dr visits and such as this but more than once I have gone and been seen even earlier than my appointed time. They just keep getting better! Efficiency at its best. First time today having another person in the room with me(client too) just wondering if my info was heard …oh well, it was so nice hearing the other room with kids and the one helping them was a gem! So endearing kuddos to the one in charge of the team for training your members

I got an appointment for this site, and it took me a week to get it. The process is fairly quickly, and I don't think I lasted 10 minutes. Marianne was the one who helped me and she was very friendly and efficient. At the time, there were only 3 people in the waiting room, and by the time I came out, there were almost 20. Make an appointment, and you will have a better time at this place. I don't know what the bad rep is of this place, I can only see it as a negative if 30 people show up put off nowhere. They need to increase their staff, they need more people to do this job. If it's a more staff that the other labcorp needs, then that's what they need to do to increase their reviews.

I took my specimen sample in for testing. Waited for results and finally got a result print out. They didn't run the test do to the sample being too old. They did not process till a day later. They just wasted my time.

Zero stars! Labcorp is there worst company in existence! For something so In demand for everyone's health they close way too early, even worst they are lazy and even close like 10 minutes before they list they close, they have too little locations, not enough workers, they don't have phones for communication so you drive far and they're always closed and you don't know it....lazy people lazy company! Why they even in business!

Huge thanks to the hardworking ladies here! Tiffany finished before I could blink! And Briana and Dora were kind enough to call my other doctor’s office and stay and help me get me my second lab request done! Thank you all for your kindness and patience.

Have used them for quite sometime. The online apportionment feature is great. Go in, no waiting, and your out in 15-30 mins.

Nov 2022 I had blood drawn for analysis. I do not get along well with needles. Nydia (the phlebotomist) was very good drawing blood. She also was up to date on the insurance details and helped get the paperwork done.
