Got the worst haircut of my life. It was so choppy and uneven I had to immediately go somewhere else to try to salvage it. I lost half of my hair because the layers were so short and disconnected. I regret coming here and am heartbroken.

Cynthia is my most favorite stylist ever. I've recently gone to her and have had two haircuts and I've never gotten so many compliments from other people about my hair. She's the first stylist I've ever had actually followed every little request and photo that I've shown her. So many times I go to hairstylist, and I want very specific layers and would show pictures, but they wouldn't give enough and Cynthia's first person who's given exactly The layers that I've been wanting. she's so sweet and she's so easy to talk to. She's really good company and just shows really good work in her haircuts I would recommend her to anybody who wants any hairstyle but if you really want good layers. she's so good at it and I've never been happier. I love my hair and I love my bangs I was always so nervous to get bangs but she did it so beautifully and now I feel like I can't go without my bangs. Thank you so much, Cynthia.

Honestly had the best experience! Highly recommend this salon. I always got a basic straight trim or big chop. I had cut my own hair after some damage and had a very visible hair length difference and was mentally prepared to lose my long hair with this hair cut. I just needed a fresh start with even hair. I wanted layers with as much hair she could use and Cynthia did so well! I was not expecting to like my haircut so much but it came out so cute and perfect. My hair feels so healthy and refreshed. She made it so easy to talk to her about a general idea of my hair vision and she completed that task very well. It was very calming and I did not feel rushed and came out very happy and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair.

I came into the salon today to meet Tricxy for the very first time. She was so sweet and friendly, and answered all my hair questions and concerns. I have to say the color turned out beautifully.
My hair looked so healthy and shiny after she was done. The style she cut was super cute, and I am very happy with the job she did! I will definitely be going back to see her again!

I'm really upset with my experience I had yesterday. I've been going here for years and definitely won't be back this time. First of all Trixy was rude and didn't make me feel welcome or comfortable, part of paying the extra price for a downtown salon is the experience. She was dead silent, made me feel like she's never done a blonde balayage before, she asked if I wanted only half my head or my bangs done like what?? Not to mention the price $500.. that is by far the most I have ever payed at a salon. I went with it because I already made the appointment but I should have walked out when she quoted me that much. My hair is not as blonde as I wanted and she didn't even give me a mirror after to see the back of my head. So unprofessional and overall bad attitude. I only get my hair done twice a year so it's upsetting that I wasted it on this. Karma is real so she will get what's coming but genuinely I hope she treats the next girl better.

My hair color was refreshing and great.Brianda was professional and very attentive to detail. The quality of my color was excellent. I will be a regular customer from now on to cover my grey roots .

I had an appointment for a color consultation this morning and the stylist Cynthia wasn't even there; nobody was there.I had to call the salon and ask her whereabouts. My hair is to my bra strap and normal thickness. I wanted a small amount of balayage and my dark retouched and brought through to the ends, and an inch trim. This work shouldn't take more than 2 1/2 hours tops. Are you ready, are you sitting down?, she quoted me $630! A professional box of Pravana is $7.15 and it would take two boxes for my hair and two toners and some bleach, so $35 max in product. Very unprofessional for me to be there waiting and the highest consult price I've heard of locally in the industry. Run.

Brianda is amazing!!!! She was cheerful and knew exactly what to do to get the color I wanted (and explained all of my options very clearly). My hair turned out perfectly. Definitely going back! :)

Overly priced. Person who cut my hair took 25 minutes only and butchered my hair. Cut was terrible. Priced at 69$ is way to expensive for a terrible cut. Will not be returning or recommending for anyone who has curly hair
