This one of the worst customer experience. Somehow they are a designated shop by Geico. We dropped off our car about 5 weeks ago, and the front lady Venessa was very rude (which should have been a red flag). Later on, after the scheduled pick-up date has passed, she would promise that we could pick up the car the next day, and when I followed up the next day, she hang up on me twice.
After waiting for parts for several weeks, we decided to have our car released and have them call us when the parts arrive. The front lady again refused to do that, even though Geico said we are allowed to. Finally, after we had our car released (thanks to Jose) and let her know that the claim should still be open as we are waiting for the parts, she marked that all repairs were complete and sent that to Geico.
In response to your comment, we dropped our car on Monday 10/21/2024, and the vehicle was originally scheduled to be ready two weeks later on Friday 11/1/2024. On the 5th week, I pushed it have it released on 11/18/2024, which is 17 days later than the original posted two weeks repair time frame. Not sure why you even lied about the dates.

They were pretty transparent on when they were going to get my car fixed… I would give them five stars But the only reason why I took one off was because they called me saying that my car was ready at 4:30 PM and what would’ve been a 20 minute drive for me is a 55 minute drive due to traffic and they close at five… No exceptions! I’m supposed to be celebrating a birthday the day I have to pick up the car so I guess I have to wake up early and show up there around 8 AM😑.
Note to everyone: if your car is due to be completed that day just stay close to the parking lot and just wait for them there. Don’t plan to anything else to do that day. I have to pay for two extra days with the rental car service just because of bad timing.

I brought my car here with some serious front end damage and they did an outstanding job repairing my car. Looks like a new car again. The only thing better than the repair wa the customer service. Jerry and Alma did an excellent job letting me know what to expect before the repairs started and provided me
updates throughout the entire process. I hope I never have to use them again (only because that means I was in another accident) LOL!! But if the unfortunate were to happen again, I will definitely take it to them.

My experience with MB Collision was a very positive one. My car was completed in a timely manor and the work performed was excellent. Eddie provided excellent customer service from the start of the repair to when he handing me the keys. They even repaired a scratch on my side of car that wasn’t even part of the original damage for no charge. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

MB Collision Center has been by far the best car repair experience that I've ever had! I had been having a lot of trouble and headache for the past half year trying to fix my my Honda Accord - my front windshield was cracked in multiple spots due to flying rocks and on top of that the calibration of the attached LKAS system was broken. Trying to work through my insurance, I was sent to multiple other repair shops, including even the Honda dealership service center and they all gave me a hard time. No one seemed to care about anything but money. I was at the point of giving up when I was connected with MB Collision Center.
My experience with Jerry, Alma, and the whole team has been fantastic from start to finish! They addressed all of my questions and concerns with courtesy and efficiency. Not being a mechanic, I'm always worried about getting scammed when I take my car to get fixed, but with MB Collision Center, I know I can trust them to be straight with me and work in my best interest. I see true value in their work and service, and with any future car trouble that needs to be fixed, I'll only be coming here!
