Personally I don’t want to give this business any stars but I have to to let buyers know what a SCAM this place is. We had a cash deal done in July of 2023 because we are Redlands locals and wanted to help a mom and pop shop and I’m still waiting on tags and pink slip for the vehicle. I have been told nothing but lies and false promises from both the general manager and sales representatives of when the tags have been processed and when I would receive them. I have been pulled over multiple time regarding the registration and have to keep explaining that this dealership is at fault for not properly submitting DMV paperwork. Also within 6 months of having the vehicle I’ve had to replace timing belts, fix overheating issues, and fix a transmission light issue. Save your time money and stress by choosing a different mom and pop shop to help out.

Bought a rusted out 4Runner from Nader not even 3 months into ownership I’ve had to replace the front axles and tires. Their mechanic drilled holes to mount my temp plates instead of using the correct mounting brackets. Can go on and on about what I had to go through to get them to give me my metal plates despite being ahead on payments. Just find a better used car dealer to go to. Yelp reviews don’t lie. Buyer beware!!

great service, the main man zach was incredible in getting me approved, no matter what my situation was. Great selection of cars and armando is a very great guy, shoutout to mando. Zach was fast with it and was very cool and relaxed guy. Had a conversation about steaks and how much he likes t bow steaks.
