HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They completely messed up when the ordered my daughters chair. They ordered one without a transportation option and my child does not transfer to a seat in our van she stays in her wheelchair. The technician (Christian) literally brought our old chair back and told me that my husband could put the brackets from the old chair on the new chair and left.... the new chair is safety tested to for people to ride in it while in a vehicle! The person in charge of the office (mark) stated he would call me back last night or first thing this morning...that didn't happen. I've advised our insurance to not pay for this chair and and I've even gotten the regional director involved. This could have all been avoided had they just apologized for getting a chair without a transportation option and re ordering the correct chair... but here we are 9 months and still no chair! Half tempted to post screenshots of text messages and emails... maybe then we will get the chair my child needs. The redlands office should be shut down due to incompetence.

2 months ago my doctor put in the order for a power chair Medicare approved it after several calls nobody ever returned a call and their voice-mail states someone will call you back after 4pm. Never got that call. I have had 13 strokes and a recent fall which turned into an entire hip replacement and walking is nearly impossible each time I call "the guy hasn't returned to the office with the information he took from me. After reading all these reviews have me really worried. NO WHEELCHAIR

Worst service ever my son had to items repaired took months to arrive after they arrived they were defective I’m still waiting after three months to have them exchanged that because they need another prescription and authorization customer service never returns calls hard to get through and management is just the same very rude and never answer calls either

Speaking with Rachel and having her try and set up our daughters appointments has been a terrible experience for the past couple months. She has made appointments 3 different times with us, first two were no shows and the third she ignores us entirely and hangs up the phone on us. Shes extremely rude and insists that there's nobody else in the company I can talk to. I am very disappointed that a service like this would show as much unprofessionalism and rudeness to their clients. I am very surprised Rachel still has a job here and just shows how unprofessional the management is to let this continue since I'm obviously not the only one having issues with this service.

They have missed 2 appointments to look at wheelchair repairs. No phone call, no nothing. I've tried calling 27 times. No answers.They say on recording they will return your call. But never do. Kinda sad to treat the disabled this way.

the worst customer service in the world!!!! no one ever calls you back!!! for two years my sons doctor has requested a feeding chair. the poor kid is disabled and needs a feeding chair!! i sure hope there is karma for these rotten individuals!!! don't use these people!!!

So many problems. Can't fix what they're trained to do!!!.Wife can't get her motorized jazzy fixed. They have sent 3 tech repairmen to try and fix it. Wife needs it for work. It's been over a month!

Wonderful staff. It took a long time for service but I think my insurance had a lot to due with it. I found the staff to be very professional and quick to answer questions and remind me of safety protocol in the use of my chair.

My daughter needed a sleep safe bed and we waited FOR MONTHS working with national seating mobility. As soon as I switched DME’s, I received a call back from the new company and they had my daughter’s bed on the way within the same week of speaking with them. If your insurance places you with National Seating Mobility, RUN. Request a change ASAP because if not, you will struggle for months until you realize- you should’ve probably listened to the reviews. They hung up on me when called out, and Mark Beaman (the manager) is very rude and almost yells when he finally does talk to you. If you run into this company and are in dire need, I wish you luck that you read this post sooner than later. Good luck good luck, gooood luck!Then they have the nerve to comment back “please send your contact information… blah blah blah” FOR WHAT?! Get your stuff together. People come to you in hopes for a lot and you just destroy it with your untimely mannerisms and unprofessionalism.FIX THIS!!!!

My son has been waiting since February for 3 pieces of equipment. He's been measured 3 times,and still doesn't have is stuff.. They will recieve an item and have it sitting in the warehouse for weeks w/o reaching to you. Unprofessional, and inconsiderate to their customers!!
