Parliament Chocolate is a very good craft chocolate shop in downtown Redlands. The shop itself is the cutest little storefront, but it is very small and tiny—so tiny that if you blink, you'll miss it. It is not really a space to linger in, and parking can be tricky and a challenge. The business makes fantastic, amazing, and wonderful chocolate. Their single origin chocolate bars are wonderful and flavorful, with some customers calling it the best chocolate they have ever had. The flavor nuances of the beans and the roasting process emerge in the hands of skilled artisans. The chocolate is generally smooth and creamy, and most of the bars are on the darker side, though a milk chocolate bar is also available. Many customers prefer the dark chocolate varieties and the bars over the truffles. They also have amazing handmade chocolates, truffles, bonbons, and pralines. The selection is not huge, as they do not have more than a few products, which reflects their small-scale, non-mass-produced nature. The window front is described as pure wonka, with refining chocolate that is mesmerizing to watch. The staff behind the counter is helpful and answers questions about the products.
This was an Easter gift and you know I think this might be the best chocolate I’ve ever had in my life. I wanted these chocolates for breakfast.

Who can take a sunrise... sprinkle it with dew. Refining chocolate is so mesmerizing. This window front is just pure wonka. Flavors for every tastebud to enjoy the smooth & creamy melt.
