I’m all for a “family owned store” and have been a very happy customer for several years. They offer the Best Pet Food for my four legged children. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about store products. They also offer a free bag of dog food and/or treats after the purchase of bag #10. 😊

Great store and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices are pretty much in line with other stores with some item much more reasonable. Location is good. Easy to find across the street from Tom Bell Toyota. Give them a try.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me make a decision for what toys would be best for my dog. The store has a good selection of chews and treats. I was also able to find sunscreen for my dog there.

Stumbled upon this store while having my truck serviced at the Toyota dealer. I recently adopted a German shepherd husky so just wanted to browse and maybe find her some toys and treats. When I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and asked what type of pet I had. The manager advised how picky/sensitive huskies are and suggested food brands that are were healthy and made with fresh ingredients. They even had the cutest dog tags that you could have engraved. I will definitely be going back!

The guy at the door with the cats was the only one friendly to me. I was surprised the dog tags were $10 to get a flimsy thin tag and the thicker tags had to be mailed. I let out a disappointed “ohh” and the lady said it’s “$7.99 you get what you pay for.” Idk it was my first time here and I didn’t like it. She was annoyed I even asked to see the dog tags when I was trying to decide on one. I went to pet smart and spent my $30 on a heavy duty cute tag and fresh food.

A really nice place for a small pet friendly business. You can take your pets inside and they have an excellent assortment of bulk, natural chews at prices that are reasonable. Much better selections than Petco

Every time I’ve come to Paws, they are so helpful and kind! They carry all of the high end brands that are healthy and good for your pets, which is so important to me. I’m thrilled that I found this store so that I don’t have to shop at chain pet stores anymore. They have everything you could ever need for your animals, and then more. I couldn’t recommend Paws more, we LOVE them!

I've been a regular customer of Paws in Redlands for several years now. They carry Hound & Gato, my cats' favorite brand of wet food. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, carrying a full selection of both dog AND cat food, toys and health supplements. They have several store cats who also fulfill the vital roles of greeter and purchase inspector/approver, including Lenny (the black cat) and Alice (the calico cat). Some other reviewers have commented that prices are higher at Paws. Compared to big-box chains like PetSmart and Petco, this may be the case; however, the brands of pet food carried tend to use fewer harmful ingredients, likely leading to a better quality of life for your pet with fewer health issues. I think of this as a long term investment in my cats' health and spending my money to support the local economy.

I took a star off because it's a bit overpriced. Overall the staff are super sweet and their selection is pretty large.
