A flat on a Sunday afternoon, and a need to be somewhere Monday morning. Almost all other places were closed. By the time I arrived it was after 4 PM. Not only were they able to get me in but they did it under an hour. In addition they resolved a tire sensor issue I had for a few years. Good job!

I made an appoint to have my car checked for a leak evaluation and a transmission flush. Right before my appointment I get a call from Jose the manager asking me what the reason for my appointment was. I told him that there was residue possibly from a transmission leak. So I wanted to make sure there were no leaks. He proceeds to tell me they don’t have transmission technicians and that I should go to the Honda dealer directly or to some other place, I forgot the name he gave me. I told him there is no issue with my transmission, and that I want to get a leak evaluation. And if there are no leaks I want to get a transmission flush. He then tells me they don’t do transmission flushes or leak evaluations. So I cancelled my appointment thinking I must have read something wrong online. I proceed to check the website and of course they do leak evaluations and transmission flushes. I call him back and tell him I’m very confused since the website states they provide the service I’m asking for, and that I would like to keep my appointment. Which I could tell he was not happy about. He was obviously trying to get me to go somewhere else. I was super hesitant to take my car here after he lied to me and was clearly trying to have me cancel the appointment. Fortunately, I called the Yucaipa Pep boys and was able to get seen that same day. They had no problem providing the leak evaluation and transmission flush. I’m glad I went there instead. I will never go here. Your manager Jose is really bad for business.

Disappointing that they promise a delivery service for a single tire and forget to bring it. And it's not the first time. And in a different store. I waited an hour and a half for her.
