Working with Bruno has been life changing. I have always struggled with my weight since my teens and have tried multiple diets, workouts and trainers. I am to the point of just accepting the fact that I would always be fat and routine meds will be part of my life. I went to Bruno as a last resort and I am extremely happy that I did. He is very welcoming and open. He treated me as an individual and not just another "fat guy" that wants a six pack. My workouts and diet were purposely designed to help me achieve my goals. I feel that every time I have a training session with him my knowledge about fitness increases and my perspective about myself and my life goals have dramatically changed since I started training. He in an essence has given me hope and I truly can see success this time around. Definitely, highly recommend.

What I’ve experienced having Bruno as a personal trainer has been exactly what I needed and then some at this point in my life. I not only feel like I’m getting all of the necessary knowledge to help myself from diet to exercise. The encouragement I receive and continuous challenge in proving to myself that sticking to and being consistent in this journey is also turning out to provide me with the tools and building blocks within myself that I’ve been wanting and I couldn’t be happier where I am and so grateful I found this place and this person who genuinely cares for his clients overall health.

I have been working with Him and still am for the last 14 plus years and from my personal experience of working with Him I can say that He impact and changed my life at so many different levels.I can't describe with words how much Bruno Helped me in so many ways; physically, mentally, spiritually. My body shape, transformed, I'd say He helped me to sculpted my body, it is like a surgery without scars! He helped me so much in working on many internal barriers I had; the ones that were holding me back in life for years and I was not even aware of them until I started working with Him. I can say that my life changed at so many levels; such at work, home, my personal relationships, socially my overall quality of life changed in an immeasurable positive ways.First of all, I'd like to say when I hear people say things like "...oh going there can be too expensive, or ...oh is just training and a diet, you can do it by yourself" They have no idea what is entailed in a program like His, is not "just a personal trainer" ..and this is the part I'd like to share, since most people do not know until they start working with Him.Bruno is a remarkable knowledgeable professional not just in the areas of aesthetics, fitness, physical symmetry, but also in the metabolic physiological hormonal balance, health, nutrition. supplementation and in mental health fields as well. That is why whenI hear "oh it may be expensive"; do not understand the concept of that He is working with you individually as if 4 different "specialists" would; and not just that, but He has the capacity to put it all together and make it "sync" for each of His clients and the design of their plans. So if I would go to 4 different professionals one for each area, definitely it would be way more than expensive and on top of that, how I would ask each specialist to connect with the other one and expect that all of them together come up with a plan design for my specifics individual needs on each area.After trying pretty much every single method and all sort of specialists in several fields; I certainly can say, considering how many areas of expertise He is working with you and the level of education and the experience; definitely He is not expensive at all. I recommend don't waist your time or money searching for empty promises. I recommend talk to Him about your goals and you will find a caring responsible professional that will help you to reach them and beyond.Thank you Bruno for all what you have done and keep doing for me for the last 14 plus years!!!

I just started with Bruno and I’m already feeling so great. I’ve trained with several other trainers from LA fitness in the past and always got burned out immediately. Bruno is so kind and encouraging. He really listens and encourages you to journal and look into yourself not just at the scale. As a matter of fact he doesn’t let you look when you weigh in. He’s always asking me how my diet is doing, encouraging me to take baby steps so I don’t give up like I have in the past. The workouts are quick and effective. I get sore in places I didn’t even know existed! I’m so hopeful and so excited for my future now.

Having Bruno as a personal trainer is by far the best experience that I’ve had. I’ve had other trainers in the past but they weren’t nearly as knowledgeable as Bruno. I have a full diet plan, workout plan, and supplementary plan. Bruno is very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does. If you are considering changing your life for the better I highly recommend this place of business!

Met with Bruno this month after searching for personal trainer and after meeting him, I looked no further. Bruno has a lot of experience in personal training, health, nutrition, etc.. and is humble, knowledgeable and cares about his clients success. Working with Bruno was one of the best investments I ever made for myself. Bruno trained me for 4 months and it was worth every penny and every drop of sweat and every restricted calorie. I lost over 25 pounds and my body looks totally different than when I first started. I learned how to use proper form on exercises and I learned to eat healthy and in moderation. I was even able to stick with a vegan diet which was my preference. Bruno has so much wisdom and knows exactly what he’s talking about. My weight was something I struggled to control for all my life and I spent so many years doing yo-yo dieting and I could not lose the weight. However with Bruno I reached an amazing goal within 4 months! I highly recommend Bruno as a personal trainer: he is honest and professional, he can be tough when needed , and he challenges you to become a better version of yourself. It’s definitely not easy or cheap but it’s 1000% worth it for those that desire to change!

My usal workouts were no longer having the desired effect on my body as I grew older. A friend recommended Bruno Bianchi and i am so glad i headed out to Redlands to meet with him.Bruno immediatley made me comfortable and listened very closely to all of my goals as well as concerns. He took his time understanding not only my physical needs, but my mental and emotional state as well, as that helped him create a diet and excersize plan that not only I could stick to, but maintain motivation when i train with him, as well as when i am home.Bruno is tuned in and attentive on all levels. Worth everything! So far I lost over 25 lbs, I'm at my college weight, my clothing fits better then when I was in college and I feel healthier. Bruno is an amazing trainer and knows how to get you to reach your goals. He not only helps with the training but with the diet and the mental and emotional well being. I think for anyone who feels ready to make a change and ready for the challenge this is an excellent investment in your own health.

Bruno takes things to another level! My experience with him has been amazing on several levels. I have never had a “six pack” until I started working with Bruno … and I’m in my 50’s. In addition, as I followed his guidance and recommendations my health and blood work have drastically improved to the point that my doctor wanted to meet Bruno and actually stopped by his studio twice to meet him but unfortunately they never connected. I work in healthcare and when some on the doctors heard that my triglycerides had gone from well over 300 down to 54 after working with Bruno, they were amazed and actually became clients of his.I cannot speak highly enough of this man!
