Low inventory on products, poorly held Beta fish in abusively small containers, and low number of employees. On top of that, the prices are prohibitive. We walked in and walked out. Online shop it is.

It's not the store but the groomers themselves that create a positive or negative experience. Tikka is a 95 lbs handful. He is a long hair GSD so there is matting issues. He also isn't nice to other dogs and definitely has opinions. They took him in, got him spotless... (note that in the picture he went rolling at the park and had a fight with a leaf pile after his bath because... Being clean wasn't his idea .) They got his nails, cleaned his ears and even clipped down his private areas so he could have less surprises caught in his fur. They did great, treated him exceptionally well and handled his opinions. In fact Tikka liked them. I highly recommend them. Again it's not the store but the staff and this group of women are great.

Great wash stations How ever when dogs walk down steps they slip on tile. We need you to put grip tape on the steps in photo, so they don't slip.

Worst customer service!Worst grooming placeThey gave me my dog half groomed complaining that he was biting when she touches his leg!His a puppy!what do you expect???He’s obviously scared and he is a puppy!Seriously who does that?!!!!And giving me my puppy back with an attitude as if I’m a criminal!!!Walking away without even answering my questions!!! Who does that!!!They freaking canceled my appointment 2 times and I understood every time and still they gave me my puppy half groomed and they told me on the phone that he looked funny because he’s half shaved!!!!These people are very disrespectful, rude and don’t care about your pet!!DON’T TAKE YOUR PET THERE!!I had to take my dog somewhere else to help me groom my puppy and the funny thing is that when I told them what happened with me at Petco the lady laughed and said this happens all the time with them and they get a lot of half groomed dogs from Petco!!!Worst place ever!!!!!!!!My puppy was literally shaking and terrified of that place!!

Worst do it yourself dog wash ever! No water pressure. Soap didn’t come out for five minutes straight. At least I got to wait two hours to get in since no once else can reasonably wash their dog in a normal amount of time with that water pressure! Not the staff’s fault , never had a bad diy dog wash before, oh and it is the most expensive I have paid for and I have been to many around the country !

My dogs have gone there but both times they were cut now my dog growls at them so we don't go back. Obviously my dogs don't like it there

Wow. Worst pet store I have ever been to! Dealt with multiple groomers and they were incredibly rude. I spoke with Alyssa on the phone and got to the store only to find out that what she told me wasn't correct!! I then asked to speak to the salon manager and she was ever worse. Lavelle was extremely rude and didn't care to answer my questions about the grooming process. I was upset that my pet wasn't able to be seen, but Lavelle made me never want to come back. She clearly has a giant attitude and hates her job and takes it out on the customers. I was hoping that bad reviews on yelp were just a fluke, but they are not. I have dealt with both Alyssa and Lavelle personally and they are both incredibly rude and do not care to help out the customer or the dog. They will lie to you and say that your dog was aggressive or misbehaving simply because they don't want to groom it! This is the worst pet store I have ever been to and will make sure that I let everyone know not to come to this Petco to get their dogs groomed.

I took my dog here for his training, it started off good but then classes started getting cancel because the other party's in class would not be attending or other reasons(holiday, short staff,etc). We got canceled on 3 time out of 6 classes. We were told by the trainer that he would reach out when he was able to schedule though classes again but we have yet gotten a call or message. I have reached out to managers and I have not gotten any answer. Classes are not cheap! Very disappointed

Horrible! Dissatisfied! Discriminated! I schedule a grooming appointment about two weeks ago. I got reminders to bring vaccination proof. We show up first thing this morning and provided the updated vaccinations from 10/2021 from the Mary Roberts adoption clinic. As two associates reviewed her records they inquired if there was an electronic form for these vaccinations. I stated the paper form I provided is what they gave and it was signed by their veterinarian. Then they stated that it is PETCO policy to have the electronic vaccination form. I inquired if this is stated on their website. Since the emails and text reminders did not specify this. They unfortunately, continued to state they would not be able to provide services and if I could get veterinarian to provide an electronic form then she can return for services. It was very frustrating to have to experience this type of customer service. I feel we were discriminated against. Since my dog is a husky and requires more work they did not accept her. Regardless if the vaccinations were paper form which was a carbon copy of the official vaccinations, it should have been acceptable. I even provided original adoption electronic forms that stated she had her other vaccinations when she was adopted. Again PETCO's website did not state an electronic or digital form was required. Waste of time and gas to be turned away! They should reimburse for mileage and gas.

Dog grooming here is the worst. They took away my online booking privileges for a missed appointment (which I understand) but the past few times I've brought my dog in, I had asked them to change the number on file and even wrote it down for them to change it. I take my dog every month, usually at other locations where they have great service, but when my dog is staying with my parents, I take her here. The groomers always seem irritated and last time I was here, they were complaining about how annoying the dogs were. Definitely will not be coming back.
