I recently adopted my new furbaby and Erika took great care of him on his first visit — we started slow with just nails and ears today. He was super anxious but she helped him get thru it. Very appreciative that she helped make his first groomer visit so smooth. He got to pick a new toy as a reward for being a good boy thanks to PetSmart Redlands. Thank you!

If you're going for fish for your aquarium.. There are no fish here for about another 3 weeks until they remodel the fish area. Be warned.

Always a pleasant experience at PetSmart Redlands! The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything you need. I love that they host adoption events with Guardian Angel Pet Rescue—such a great way to help animals find loving homes. Bonus points for the staff who offer treats to pets that come in with their owners. A little kindness goes a long way!

My husband and I went to buy some more gold fish for our pond. The guy that helped us was very patient as my husband wanted to select the fish he wanted. Always have a good experience here.

Some of the staff here are rude and racist.
