Those who answer calls are very professional, but the one who answers in the office is very rude and never stays at her workplace.

I know life is hard and it sucks sometimes but hopefully it gets better for you Rosie you don’t have to take your anger and depression out on customers I pray that you have a better day and learn how to talk to people remember that you work there we don’t you don’t own anything or have as much power as you think one from call to my friend and I was able to get my property just to show you that lol
