Ive been to this location multiple times and had nothing but great experiences. Everyone including the store manager Scott is 100% professional and friendly. If you are ever in the area stop by and see for yourself and for the idiot who gets offended for being called sir. Here is a pronoun for you Asshole add that to your list of names you would like to be called. Can't pay attention to an idiot that does nothing but complain about businesses and give people bad reputations.

The Manager Scott treated me horribly and made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and offended because of my sexuality. He repeatedly called me, "sir" and when I informed him I do not identify as such. He completely disregarded me and continued to call me by the incorrect pronoun. I wanted to transfer location because I was unsatisfied with the service I had here. Instead of Scott trying to resolve my concern, he became standoffish and spiteful and canceled my delivery today and refunded my first payment because in his words, "he was taking care of it." I am in hopes that the district manager will reach out to me because I do not want any other customer to experience this and by the reviews on Scott this is not his first encounter. However, Luis was friendly and treated me with the utmost respect I believe he should be in the general manager position because he takes the initiative to ensure you are taken care of.

The delivery people were great, but never has my mom experienced such bad customer service. First, the worker my mom spoke to said he didn't have any of my mom's paperwork or information and she had the wrong Rent-A-Center. He was rude, accusatory, and yelled at my mom AND my dad over pick up inquiries. My mom was told to call 5 days before they picked up the mattress and frame, and yet my dad was told 2-3. They were also told via text someone would pick up the mattress 4 days early, but they paid for a full 3 weeks. They were told someone would call or text about pick up, but that's what my mom originally was calling to talk to them about. So much conflicting information was very frustrating because my parents don't have the money to pay for another week+ over conflicting information. The man my mom spoke to also kept saying he was the boss when she asked to speak to his boss. None of us will ever go to this Rent-A-Center again.

Still haven’t received my whole purchase which I have called repeatedly no action has been taken with them and I’m about to own this product which I still dnt have the whole product not happy.

My washer broke down and to make my story short, it was going to take some time before it would get fixed due to parts needed to be ordered and what not. I knew going to laundromat would be time consuming so I decided to call rent a center in Redlands to see if they would be able to help me rent a washer just until my washer gets fixed (1 month) thankfully they did! There was only a small miscommunication with delivery details but it was my fault for not answering my phone when they called to confirm delivery time. When I called back they did tell me delivery date was rescheduled because I did not confirm, I explained to (I believe his name is Luis) how I really needed it asap and I know he went out of his way to deliver the washer that same day…so if you read this…thank you!!! Great customer service from the time I went in to their store, to the day it was delivered so thank you so much!

Terrible customer service from Scott, the manager. He took no responsibility for any of the three delivery issues I had. No apology for delivery truck not showing up for three days and being hours late when they finally came.

delivered a defective sectional took over a year to replace with a broken sofa love seat set. That collapse cause me to fall while 8 months pregnant. not to mention it had a razor blade hole on the arm rest..

I still got charged for my rental 1 week after returning it. Store promptly gave me a refund though. Then, I asked workers on three separate occasions to place an order for an exercise bike from another store with it in stock. It's been a month and I never heard back from anyone. I guess they didn't want anymore of my money. Oh well!

We got a fridge when we went in they said they were gonna deliver a new one bit delivered a used one with scratches on it so i called they gave us the run around and said they never said that. So i had to take it as a loss because I really needed a fridge, then the freezer went out, the gave us a loaner, which was alot smaller, brought back ours a couple weeks later freezer went out again they are refusing to fix it and said we can exchange for the loaner which is way smaller or they can put us in a new contract this is ridiculous!!!!! Ive never had problems like this at aarons. Worst part is i been dealing with them for almost 3 years
