This place is a total disaster!Very rude female worker here and the place sucked! She acted as if I was a waste of time and ruining her day (hateful and hostile) and every word is condescending.I told her, "I'm sorry I ruined your day."Nasty vibe in this place. Most likely, I will not shop here again. To the management:Please do your job and establish consequences for disrespectful employees if they don’t change their behavior. If the employee continues to be disrespectful, follow through with those consequences.

I went in today for some yummy chocolate covered gummy bears. They’re my favorite thing there and I ordered a pound so it would last me a little bit. Well, I started eating a few and they taste very stale ? I shared them and the people I shared with also said they were nasty because they were stale ? I love these gummy bears it today I was very unsatisfied ☹️

I was in a rush to have some chocolate covered strawberries made for my wife's birthday and needed them as soon as possible. Christian politely answered all my questions over the phone and made sure to communicate with his coworker Nick, as he was leaving for the day. Nick in turn made everything to exact specifications and made sure to offer me the company's current promotion for the strawberries. He then prepared and packaged all the strawberries in an excellent presentation. I greatly appreciated both of their good customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.

I have been buying fudge from Rocky Mountain-Redlands since they opened and have always been pleased with both the product and service. Today I bought the last piece of milk chocolate fudge that was sitting there by itself. The fudge was hard on the outside and overall tasted stale.I went back in for help or an adjustment and they said that they wouldn't help me.Redlands has a new fudge shop downtown on State street, I will buy my fudge there in the future.Roger

Best chocolate around. I recommend against getting the Almond Roca Apple because it's really good and I don't want all you reading this review to buy them before I do.

My boss sent me a printed eGift Card worth $25. On 11/05 I used the eGift Card to get the awesome chocolate dipped frozen cheesecake on a stick at this very site. Today I went in to get the same still using the same eCard printout. The employees weren't sure if it was allowed so they called the boss. The boss told them no, their site doesn't accept the printed eCard. The employees were great, and I still bought the treat because they prepared it. But how is the boss/owner going to just decide not to accept a valid form of company payment? If you don't want to follow corporate programs remove the name and call it Joe's Chocolate Factory. Pathetic.
