The Salvation Army Thrift store is more expensive than JCPenney, The clothes are donated and they price them 3 or 4 times more. That's why they are a Thrift Store. You can never find a good bargain there and I bet the money they make doesn't go where it's supposed to go. In the store they follow you around like if you are going to steal something. What is wrong with those people??? And I bet you they have first dibs on what is donated. Bet they would make a lot more money if they gave great bargains. I don't recommend going to this Salvation Army Thrift Store. Highway Robbery. Seriously

They were really helpful even thou they could not help us with housing ..they helped me with a voucher for my ID .. and food ..the guy in the front could be more people friendly... But maybe cause he was tired after all it was almost noon ... But in closing very much thank them and recommend it to anyone in need...thank you

If the good will down the street doesn’t take your larger furniture, Salvation Army will. Just make sure they are open before you go!

They serve very poorly, the man in front is a Mexican who is lazy to help, whenever you ask to speak with his superiors, he says that there is no one, he does not want to help, apart from the people who answer the phone, they give the wrong information, they make you come and turn around and they say that For everything you make an appointment, they serve you very poorly, they don't want to help.

Church and Social Service Center forSan Bernardino CA!!! Awesomness for sure, General Relief Food Boxes, Showers MTW&F 9am to 12pm, Food Distribution on the First Thursday from 9am-12pm every month!!!

Is anyone else having problems getting their gas bill paid after applying and pledges expiring before they release the United Way Gas Assistance Funds to pay your bill? I have always received great assistance from the Redlands Salvation Army. But last year the pledge expired and this year the pledge Mike processed on my application will expire on Sept.18, 2023 if they don't release the funds before them. If I didn't need the help, I wouldn't say anything. But I just wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue?

I came here to give somebody a ride and I was at the front lobby and while I waited observing the guy tending to people coming in, he was just as kind and patient to everybody who came in, I left here with a good feeling in my heart knowing that the needy in this area are taken care of.
