READ THIS. This used to be my favorite thrift store, my family and I would donate and shop here all of the time , UNTIL they changed their staff, recently these two specific women have been extremely rude , they pushed me while I was shopping and looked inside of my bag as if I was stealing , they were also calling me slurs in spanish thinking I could understand, but I obviously can. They continue getting away with neglect and abuse and If this isn’t taken care of , we will be calling the industry a serious action or we will take one .

the people here are extremely discriminatory towards their customers who are people of color. my mom was treated poorly , watched when she goes to the fitting room, and told to pick up her “trash” when referring to her belongings. furthermore , the two short haired spanish speaking ladies in the front were making fun of customers looks and clothes in spanish , mistaking my mom for non spanish speaking . other customers experience the same concerns and spoke up to the manager, who seemed indifferent and did not take further action. extremely disappointed.

Racist and worst attitude Staff!
We had multiple disappointing experiences at the Redlands Salvation Army store. On several occasions, I and others have felt discriminated against and subjected to biased treatment. Staff members, particularly two women who spoke in Spanish, made inappropriate and offensive comments, assuming we wouldn’t understand. They insinuated that customers like us were there to steal, which is deeply insulting and unacceptable. This pattern of behavior has made us and others feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and addresses the discriminatory behavior to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment for all customers.

Easy drop off for donations

This is my favorite location to donate to. They make it easy to donate depending on what you take since this location is a smaller store in size compared to the family store in SB.

It is a bit pricey compared to less curated places. But it is neat and orderly and many items are half off. Everything is arranged by color so you have to paw through a lot of clothes to find what you're looking for. I got a nice blazer for $20 and a brand new belt half off for $12. Has one changing room.

the prices are high. you can find clothes just as good in other department stores for the same price. all the denim is AT LEAST $20 and the tops also around $15 at least. also here is a photos of a top that was almost 90 dollars and i dont even recognize the brand. I found a top that was RIPPED and I thought it would be worth it if it at least was discounted and I could sew it up but the lady at the register with an accent said its also marked down “too much” and they couldn’t lower the price….. the top was $17.

The store is outrageously overpriced! Most of the items are from Zara with tags but you can buy cheaper Zara clothes at Zara on clearance.

It's not what it used to be or should be. Overpriced "new"clothes take up 95% of the store. When they are generous enough to have a
sale, people, aka resellers, literally shovel clothes into carts, so you have no chance. Also, this store is all sales final, which contradicts what the clothing tags and company website state. They do have a dressing room, though.

They used to have good prices, some clothes are nice but you can literally buy it from the store new without stains… not worth to come here anymore!! Also if something has no tag or price, they will not sell it… like what?? Is a thrift store cmon!!

Eh, not the best thrift spot for thrifting. It’s expensive and everything in here is from Zara. You can get these Zara items cheaper at Zara itself.

It’s not a thrift store at all! Today they posted 50% off for May 5 but no any tags with that day. All clothes marked from $14.99 to 59.99 even for dirty and torn clothes . For a dress with broken zip the seller told me “No” for discount. I spent today $289. On every item they have return policy is 7 days but at cashier station it says “All sales final”. And seller told us it’s not a thrift store, it’s boutique.
