The worst store manager, his name is Chris. He is mean and rude!!! How is possible that they don’t let you use the restroom, I used to shop at this location but not going anymore. Employees are rude and playing not professional.. I hope they do something positive about this store

I used to love going to this thrift store. There was so much brand variety, and great deals and value. Now it’s just 99% Zara reject dumping ground.

$20 for almost all fast fashion Zara items and for non Zara brands. Way overpriced.

This place sucks, managed and organized poorly. Retail prices, all the men's and women's clothing are mixed up together, and when their credit card machine doesn't work properly the manager blames the bank. Waste of time.

99% of the clothes are from ZARA, so many cute clothes though they are pricey for a thrift store.

I have been donating at this location for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. I'm always donating kids clothing, furniture, outdoor equipment etc. Today I as always do I donated 3 bags of toys and clothing and as I was getting ready to go I leave the thrift store drop off area and I stopped to throw my trash which was just a fast food bag and empty water bottle and a rude woman with short hair tells me I cannot dump and I told her it's just trash she proceeded to say that they pay monthly and I can't throw my trash in their big container. I said ok because I have my kids with me and it gets me upset because I have been donating for so long and your telling me your facility cannot accept a customer throwing some small trash and coming from billion dollar company, they are sure taking the stuff that people donate no hesitation there and reselling, how is this right? It shows that they do not value their customers by treating them in such way I will not be donating here anymore because of the way they treat their loyal customers.

Keep an eye out for sales and bring cash. I guess you would only know if you visit frequently or call to ask. At the end of July they had a $2 clothing sale which was great but it was cash only and that was not advertised at all. I abandoned the clothes that I found when I went to the counter... Oh well.

Crazy expensive for a thrift shop.I can get brand new name brands for the price they want for old jeans.I can't believe they think this is ok.It's OK for people who have money but what about most of the people who come here because they can't afford new.Totally messed up if you ask me.Especially since these are donated items.

After shopping at this particular location for over 30 years, and seen managers come and go perhaps one per year, this latest latest manager scrapes the bottom of the barrel. Today went shopping there, as usual once or twice a week, and one of my items that I took to the counter had a generic-looking price-tag stamped on it rather than the normal looking ones. As I suspected, my other items got rang up and when he got to that particular one, the manager of the store would not sell it saying that's not their sales tag. I said I kind of suspected something was off about it, but why would you guys put it out there and not put the proper tag of your store on there. The manager was flipid from the very beginning and said for all I know you put the tag on. Talk about insult! Other remarks from this manager not worth repeating will tell you that he was absolutely unprofessional, with no filter. Absolutely no courtesy to a customer, I happened to be elderly and do not appreciate anyone let alone a manager, accusing of price swapping. He wanted to sell the item for $3 more than what the price tag said I said no. Don't need it that much. Doubt if I will ever return.

Lmao thrift stores are supposed to be cheap not overpriced. A few pictures for an example show an overpriced piece of clothing as weak as chair.”Red stickers reflect current prices”.

This place is a bust and not worth the time. It’s like a small goodwill price and item quality wise.

Way overpriced. I have came twice and both times left empty handed due to high pricing and broken items. Store is not the cleanest but I would pass at this location. Salvation army Pricing used fast fashion items over $30 should be criminal.

We always take our donations here. The SA people are helpful and friendly. Other donation centers (up the street) can be so picky about the items and sometimes rude.

My experience as a sales associate was horrendous. It began to take a mental toll because of the drama that would occur every single day over the littlest thing. Disrespecting other co-workers because they feel like it. Religious beliefs were brought up and co-workers never care to correct themselves when using pronouns. Not all staff is terrible but a few made it difficult, manager is understanding and great to work with. Assistant manager was very helpful and caring. The location of it was terrible unfortunately a lot of things happen at night with transients in area. Huge drug problem in the area, step outside and see someone’s drug leftovers every morning. The customers were actually very heart-warming regulars who cared a lot about Salvation Army.

This basically has become a hobby lobby/ Zara outlet store/ a dumping ground. Everything is overpriced and is filled with all rejects from big boxes stores almost no " antiques" . Also, they need to clean up their parking lot. They leave all donations rejects all along their parking lot, which get dragged all over the street by the homeless.
