Tim is DA BOMB?Unfortunately I could no longer afford the storage cause they keep increasing the prices so I had to vacate but I have officially adopted Tim as family! He is super kind, funny, efficient and more than willing to help. I’ll still pop by to say hello to him!

I was looking for a small unit and Tim helped us out. Excellent customer service and we were in and out on same day rental. He even provided me with information on how to get a free month rent.

Awesome experience here. My boyfriend and I were pretty unfamiliar with how storage works, but the manager was very kind and answered all of our questions. He even offered us Gatorades because it was hot outside.

Shared my past due balance with another client in a completely unrelated conversation that I was not present for (without my permission). I had to find out from the other client that my balance was shared without my knowledge or consent. At best, that’s unethical and professional; at worst, it’s possibly illegal. I have no issue with the storage unit (other than rodent prints and excrement) but do not expect financial privacy or decorum…
