I came in a few days ago to just browse around and get ideas for Christmas, and when I first came in, I wasn't really being attended to until Marie came up to me! She was very attentive and gave me several great recommendations for what I was looking for!

Walked and was greeted immediately by employees. They asked me if I needed help and found me someone. I also noticed they did this for every customer. Amanda helped me find the perfect foundation even when it took 4 separate brands I liked how she didn’t give up to make sure I had the perfect shade.

If you want powder blush do not come here. They have half of one blush to choose from, and the staff were very snobby about it, and also not sanitary--one staff member stuck her dirty finger in my example of blush I wanted to match. The Sephora inside JCPenney has more helpful and kind staff, but if you need powder blush go to Ulta or online

It was a hopping place. The music was fun and I heard lots of people (joining me) in singing to some of the songs. It was a little too loud tho! So many things to see in there. I will be back!

If yall don't want to work tell us and get new employees this is the 2nd day in a row got angry customers in Mexico who want thier products by Sunday not only that make us waste gas to find this place close what an embarrassment time to change management and employees

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful but never pushy sales staff every single time I go. Allow me to browse but quick to answer questions and give recommendations when I need it.

I have never had to do this before but i went here 2 days ago and i was walking around just looking at the perfume and the lady in the perfume area went around and asked every single person if they needed help with the perfumes except me? She looked at me up and down and walked off then proceeded to ask the same people questions. I have a feeling another worker noticed and came up to me and asked if i needed help and she wasnt even in the perfume department. I was going to say something but again i dont usually complain but it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and confused. Customers service is dead and so is being kind.

I never leave reviews however i had the upmost best experience with Jessica. She is so sweet and amazing, she helped me pick out a whole new makeup routine and everything was 100/10!
