We just purchased a mattress today from Sit ‘n Sleep in Redlands, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with Walter Caballero. He made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy, informed, and actually enjoyable.
We came in knowing we needed a high-quality mattress that would last and support us well — but we weren’t sure where to start. Walter patiently walked us through all the options, answered every question, and really took the time to understand what we needed. He was never pushy, always kind, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Thanks to Walter, we found the Kingstown Keybridge firm mattress with a split head, which felt amazing in-store. He also helped us get a great deal and walked us through the financing process so we could stay within our budget.
If you’re shopping for a mattress, we highly recommend asking for Walter. He’s professional, personable, and truly cares about helping you find the right fit. We’re so excited for our new mattress to arrive — and we’ll definitely be back to leave another review once we’ve had a chance to sleep on it!

Not sure what the tall older guy’s name is, but he was one of the most aggressive salespeople I’ve come across.
From the moment we walked in, something felt off. My wife noticed it too. After about 15 minutes of looking around and asking questions, I told him I was going to call a friend who works in the mattress industry. Instead of giving me space, he asked, “Why? What are you going to ask?”
While I was on the phone, he walked over to my wife and started commenting on the call. He said things like, “His friend is talking about Nectar? That’s one of our worst mattresses.”
He also lectured us about how people spend money on phone bills but not a mattress blah blah blah. He had a good point but both things are essential in today’s world so it was unnecessary.
Completely unprofessional. The guy works at a mattress store like he runs the company. Not sure how this store doesn’t have a 3 star rating.
