Jose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us a thorough introduction to Sleep Number beds, was patient as we worked through our options and answered all my questions as we made a decision on our mattress. He has even been readily available to answer any questions about delivery and compatible furniture. We look forward to working with Jose again in the future.

We were greeted by Jose at the Redlands Select Number store on November 23, 2025, he was friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He encouraged us to test them, explained the differences of each mattresses, went over how to program each individual side. We weren’t sure if we actually wanted to purchase a select mattress but we are excited and looking forward to when it gets delivered. Thank you Jose

I was in the Redlands store last night, 9/13/25 and I just wanted to say that Robbie was extremely helpful and followed through with an exchange he was working on with me. Robbie is a great sales person and although I purchased my bed online prior to going into this store when I walked out my husband and I both wish we would have purchased in the store from Robbie because he was such a good and helpful guy.

My 89 year old mother & I went to the Redlands Sleep Number Store to purchase a bed & we absolutely have to brag on Robbie Kolberg & Leo Youngblood. Robbie was the salesman & was absolutely the best , patiently listening & completely answering all my mother's questions & concerns , to assure her complete satisfaction. Leo also helped us & was just as concerned for my mother's comfort. Oh & their sense of humor was off the top. 3 trips & 101 questions later , mom purchaed her 2nd Sleep Number Bed. When a customer leaves with a smile & feels good about their purchase , that defines Excellent Customer Service. Thank you very much Robbie & Leo !

My wife and I haven’t purchased a bed in ages. We tried out tons of options that are out there. When it came down to it sleep number beat them all out. Jose, Redlands store manager, was so helpful and his knowledge about the product was what helped us go with the sleep number. He is very helpful and we recommend working with him if you want a sleep number.

Waited all day for delivery only to be told they had the wrong bed on the truck and it would be three weeks for the correct one. Not a good start

Walter was great and knowledgeable…super friendly…only issue I had was with the delivery…delivery team was great and quick but I was told I would get a call the night before for a window of delivery and was also told I would get a call about an hour before delivery…no calls were ever given and it leaves the customer not able to plan anything for the day because they are waiting around all day until the product shows up…that part of the process was not cool…
